Fantastic Apart-Hotel, love Mimaru!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay Mimaru Shinmachi Sanjo (have loved every Mimaru we have stayed). Perfect for our family to have the extra space. Location was pretty good, not too far to walk into the Pontocho area and over the river to Gion.
Staff could not do enough to assist when required, so very helpful.

Habitación Pokemon RECOMENDADA 100%
Pros:

Fue una sorpresa en la habitación tematizada de Pokémon y fue una pasada. Nos gustó mucho la decoración y los detalles, te dan una bolsita otra para la ropa sucia. Tiene lava secadora dentro de la habitación .
Tina una chica gallega fue súper amable y nos recomendó lugares para cenar incluso en uno nos llamó para reservar . RECOMENDABLE LA EXPERIENCIA

Cons:

Es bastante elevado el precio de la habitación.😅

Great stay for a family of 4
Pros:

The bathroom was large with a really nice shower. It had a washing machine which was great for us to clean our clothes.
We ate out most nights so we kept the lounge area made up as a bedroom.

Familia feliz en el apartamento perfecto!
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho que todo estuviese muy limpio y que todo fue cómodo. Algo que nos ayudó muchísimo fue que Tina una de vuestras empleadas nos ayudó muchísimo y pudimos alquilar bicicletas por ejemplo y hacer muchos planes.

Nada todo muy bien.

Perfect for family stay.
Pros:

perfect for family stay. Nice to have a bit more space compared to standard Japanese hotel rooms. Staff was very friendly and convenient to get a taxi and the family mart next door. No luxury but perfect for our stay.

Cons:

More hooks in the room and bathroom would be convenient

Horrible accessibility support. Avoid if traveling with a wheelchair.
Pros:

We are planning a family trip with a wheelchair user and called the front desk directly to secure their vacant accessible room before booking. The staff literally confirmed the room was completely empty, but refused to manually assign it or do anything to help coordinate the booking with our travel agency, giving a lazy "the system won't let us" excuse. Absolute front-desk laziness and zero actual effort to assist with crucial barrier-free logistics. If your family relies on actual accessibility and helpful staff, look elsewhere. They do not care.
