Nice experience, friendly and helpfull staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpfull. They have helped us with a call to a hairdresser and a local restaurant and helped us with a hair treatment which does not meet our expectations and a pair of lost sunglassed in the restaurant. Do to the language barrier, it was difficult to call them directly by ourself. So it was really great that the Mimaru staff could help us.

Also the luggage service was good. We have sent 2 luggages directly to the airport and could pick them up at the day of departing.

The japanese room was a nice experience.

Cons:

Overall it was clean in the room, but there was a bug that we found crawling over the floor.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, great clean rooms with kitchen and laundry machines in room. They are super focused on making your family stay here a wonderful experience.

Cons:

The laundry machines are often malfunctioning so be prepared to expect long drying times.
