Good place for family vacation in Kyoto
Pros:

Good place for family vacation with 4 beds available. Full equiped-facililties in the room. Familymart is very close to the hotel.

Cons:

There is no hotel's parking space; you need to find some coin parking around there.

Pros:

very good location, all staff are very nice , and the rooms also exceed our expections ,especially the wash & dry machine cant be better more for family travel, everything there is good experience for us

Pros:

施設横と1.2分歩いたところにコインパーキングがあり、荷物を運ぶのも楽だった。部屋も清潔感あり。ご飯を食べる机も大きくて、室内に洗濯機も洗濯用洗剤もあって、長期滞在もありだと思えるくらい、不便さは特に感じられなかった。

窓を開けても隣の建物の壁なので景色は期待できず、人によっては圧迫感を感じそう。

Great except the noise on the last night we stay there.
Cons:

There were kids from other guests running around and screaming in their room until 2AM. We could hear the thumping sounds and their voices from our room.
