Great for families
Pros:

Conveniently located, comfortable room, and great staff. There is also a very good traditional family-run sushi restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel.

Pros:

Good size room. Very clean. Gentleman at front desk was extremely helpful. Great luggage forwarding service

Fantastic stay, friendly staff, lovely location, spacious rooms.
Pros:

We loved our time at Mimaru Shinmachi Sanjo. The location was so peaceful, and accessible. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind and the hotel is very family friendly. We loved the room set up and all had comfy beds. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. In room laundry was lovely to have for our stay.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like. Highly recommend!

Great space & location
Pros:

Loved the location and the space in the room. The people working there were super helpful to give food recommendations and help us get taxis. Great space for families. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids. Loved the washer and dryer in room.

Nothing! All was well!

Good comfortable stay. 10 minute walk to shops and other markets

Kids loved the bunk beds!

房間可以攤開三個28吋行李箱
Pros:

有提供洗衣機跟洗衣精非常棒，廁所跟浴室是分離的，不會出現上廁所就無法洗澡的問題，同時每天都有清理垃圾並且打掃換毛巾，每天回到飯店都跟新的一樣，非常棒！

Cons:

椅子的坐墊比較軟，下陷後會坐到木頭扶手。

Was a great space for our family to relax in. Loved the bath. And the staff very friendly.

Space, comfort, dryer/washer, shower/bath. Staff.

Cons:

The random system of cleaning. Would be nice to have beds made and dishes done daily for the price we paid. Our bed was made on last day of stay after 5 days. And I couldn’t dry dishes.

Great home base for 3 nights in Kyoto
Pros:

Great location with tons of restaurants close by. Kyoto has so many hidden restaurants. Centrally located as a home base to pop into Gion and Nishiki market

Cons:

They living room was kind of awkwardly layed out but overall room was great for a family of four
