Clean and orderly, spacious
Size of the room was the only advantage!
They turn off the water 8PM just 10min after we arrived. We had to complain to get water running again. Showers wasn't working. Bathroom handle broken inside, we almost stuck in the bathroom. Toilet couldn't be flushed at all. They had a barrel and a tabo and no water in those after turning the water off. No Toilet paper but, they provided small soap and a small shower gels. Toilet smelly!
Cockroaches in the bathroom!

No water, garbage bag, etc.
It was a better pricewise , or so I thought, than the other listed hotels in booking.com. At least it's easily accessible and across Jolibee and jeepney terminal.
Water service interruption. There were bugs in the bathroom. The soap was really small and didn't lather, must be expired. Poor lighting in my room.
The aircon is cool eventhough theres no remote control
Great location. Bus terminal is just right in front of the building, passenger bikes and jeepneys are round in the corner.
Broken faucet, dirty beds they should have a cover mattress, there’s always a water cut-off during night to morning, ripped bedsheets and blankets I even wonder if it’s new since there’s a spot of stains everywhere og the sheets. It happened it was raining one afternoon of our stays and there’s a water everywhere in the floor and asked the management to move us to other rooms. Guard are not helpful, I was having difficulty opening the door for my mother and he’s just sitting there and not even making a move to give us a hand. These are only small things, but guests notices it.
