Pros:

Pekné a komfortné ubytovanie, raňajky s výhľadom na Dunaj.

Cons:

Doriešiť treba parkovacie miesta. Je tam aj podzemná garáž, ktorá je nefunkčná. Večer už nebolo v areáli hotela, kde parkovať.

Pros:

Невероятен престой! Настаних се в страхотна, модерна и голяма стая. Пероналът на рецепция, закуска и в ресторант "Гардея" са страшно мили и дружелюбни! Определено бих отседнала отново в Гранд хотел "Рига"! Благодаря Ви!

Beautiful Danube Views
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the beautiful view of the Danube River.

Overall, the hotel has potential, especially thanks to its wonderful riverside location and view. Some improvements have clearly been made, but they are not enough yet. More attention to basic comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and the breakfast experience would make a big difference.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The evening was warm, and there was no air conditioning in the room. Surprisingly, there were no mosquito screens on the windows, despite the hotel's location right next to the river. The room was full of mosquitoes and stink bugs, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the window was not a good solution either, as it was noisy outside and even more insects flew into the room.
Breakfast was an additional €10 per person, but it was quite basic and not particularly impressive. There were also not enough cups and bowls, so guests had to wait for them to be washed and made available. The dining area and tables felt outdated and would benefit from renovation.

Pros:

I felt like a queen! Everything was absolutely wonderful for the moment I entered in the hotel. Very kind, supportive and professional staff. They provided detailed information about my accommodation from the very beginning, with a lot of patience. The room was impeccable, clean, cozy, with a lovely view over the Danube River. I loved the towels very much! The room was cleaned every day. Bed was big and very comfortable. High speed internet is also a big plus. Plenty parking spots free of charge for the guests. I would love to live there every day! Thank you very much for hosting me and congratulation also for the great team you have there.

An incredible hotel with beautiful rooms, stunning views, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay so much! The reception staff and the staff at breakfast and in the restaurant were all very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The breakfast was amazing, served on the highest floor of the building, with a spectacular view. The view from my room was also amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Great views at Danube
Pros:

Very pleasant surprise to find this soviet era building well renovated with nice modern rooms. Excellent view at the sunset behind the river. Also enjoyed the breakfast - the serving area looked small & ready to run out of food, however the single young waitress there was running around fast and made sure everything is supplied on time and the tables swiftly cleaned up. Rarely you see such efficient hotel breakfast service. Plenty of parking space in front of the entrance, free of charge for guests.
