Pros:

Lokatie mooi en was schoon en toch rekening mee gehouden met verzoek van ons .

Cons:

Was wel koffie aparat in de kamer maar geen tea faciliteiten en wij drinken tea .

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Cerca de la zona de aparcamiento, que en nuestro caso que íbamos en coche era un requisito importante. Además, el hotel es muy cómodo. El desayuno es muy correcto y el trato genial.
El edificio anexo está a unos metros del hotel.

Cons:

No hay ascensor en el edificio anexo y la cantidad de escaleras cuando vas con niños y todo lo que eso conlleva: maletas, cochecitos y cosas varias de los niños, dificulta tanto el check in como el check out.

Als je bereikbaarheid en vriendelijkheid van klantenservice belangrijk vindt ,moet je hier NIET boeken want dan ben je je geld en goede humeur kwijt zonder er uberhaupt ooit gebruik van te hebben gemaakt.Hele nare ervaring als je als hoog bejaarde tijdig behoefte hebt aan duidelijkheid om in te checken.

Pros:

Lange bedden !! Rustige omgeving. Ontbijt op het terras aan het water met mooi uitzicht. Gratis parkeren. Vlakbij Zaanse Schans , een klein Bokrijk dat gratis te bezoeken is. Te voet bereikbaar.

Cons:

Het raam in de kamer kon niet geopend worden. Ik heb graag frisse lucht in de kamer.

Менеджер позвонил из отеля и извинился , что по техническим причинам не могут заселить ….
Я была в шоке, т.к. выходной день- очень высокие цены и сорваны все планы.
Поменяли на отель партнер который был ужасный.
Реально просто продали мой номер дороже в выходной день.

-Inchecken was onduidelijk. Mn de mail vooraf en geen duidelijke aanwijzing ter plaatse
-De kussens waren nogal dik, er was geen keuze voor dik/dun terwijl er wel twee kussens waren
