Very Disappointing

Situated very close to the windmills . Nice view from our window.

Cons:

Mouldy sandwich left in our fridge and a bag from previous people. Not sure whether the sheets had been changed or made to look like they had. Contacted hotel no response. Very difficult to get hold of anyone whilst you are there. We ran out of toilet paper, only half a roll on holder and no other to be found. Left us in a tricky situation. Gave the hotel 2 opportunities to respond but they didn’t hence now writing the review. Shame on you.

Huone muuten ihan kiva ja viihtyisä mutta likaiset/tahraiset verhot, eikä minkäänlaista roskista huoneessa.(kylpyhuoneessa pienin mahdollinen poljin roskis)

Cons:

Eivät jousta yhtään (eivät edes puolta tuntia) sisäänkirjautumisessa. Aamupala melko surkea huoneen hintaan nähden. Hostellissakin oli parempi. Katossa sängyn yläpuolella likatahroja/roiskeita. Verhoissa isoja tahroja.

Hotel pequeno, em reformas, troca de proprietário, muito agradável. Poderia ter sido melhor.
Pros:

Localização agradável, principalmente para quem vai visitar ZaanseSchans. Acomodações muito boas, em reformas.
Café da manhã limitado, mas bom atendimento e suficiente para boa refeição matinal.

Cons:

Horários do café da manhã e funcionamento do restaurante muito restritos. Elevador não funcionava e minha Esposa que tem dificuldades de locomoção teve que subir escada ingrime. Pedi pra trocar para térreo, sem sucesso.
Precisei sair cedo no check out (7:30hs), ficamos sem café da manhã que começa às 8hs, sem flexibilidade.

Great spot with tons of potential!
Pros:

Location was outstanding. Restaurant adjacent with great river views and the Zaanse Schans windmills. Friendly and helpful staff! Good chef with creative flavours.

Cons:

Not a fan of online check-in and keys. Got stuck outside after a long day with another guest. Not very clear system. The annexe that I apparently had booked was 100m down the road normal terrace house. The ‘Boutique’ part of hotel is missing. Very practical, not cozy and lacking TLC. Breakfast with cheap bread and no toaster. Bakery right next door so easy to rectify with good quality bread. Could be a jewel in the right hands but lacks ambience. Overpriced for what I booked.

Pros:

Gute Lage, einfaches gutes Frühstück Personal sehr nett. Parkplatz in nächster Nähe. Zimmer mit Balkon sehr schön.

Good stay - excellent location
Pros:

- excellent location
- awesome view from my hotel room
- bed was very comfortable
- very friendly staff

Cons:

- breakfast was very basic
- the rubbish wasn’t always removed from the room (ended up leaving it outside the room)
