Mérite d'être mieux entretenu.

Hotel qui n’a rien avoir avec celui d’il y a quelques années….en état délabré et mauvais rapport qualité/prix…nécessité une rénovation générale.
Service désastreux pour le petit déjeuner…c’est mentionné dans ma réservation petit déjeuner buffet inclus, mais la dame de l’hôtel a refusé au début de l’inclure, une fois inclus, on me sert un croissant et une boisson ! De plus elle a appliqué un taux de change très confortable pour elle!

Positif: Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Proximité de l'autoroute et chambre agréable. Calme.
Négatif: il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner! Bien que ce soit écrit sur le site pdj inclus! Même pas payant, rien. Propreté de la salle de bain douteuse (cheveux...)

The staff were nice and tried hard.
We got there late at night and in the off season.
We asked if the kitchen was open and if they recommended anything. The grilled chicken was both under done and over done.

Zwischenübernachtung, für marok. Standard sehr gut, nur teilweise ausgebaut.
Service sehr freundlich und gut, Restaurant empfehlenswert.

The property is a real dump. 2-stars max. per international standards. Many things not ok, I will just mention the most disturbing. When they setup the breakfast buffet, birds from outside enter the breakfast area and pick around the food before the buffet is opened for the guests. No need to say, I never ate there. There is hot water in the rooms, but the pressure is too low to shower. So, expect to shower cold. There is no shower curtain, hence, the bathroom will be wet after a shower. After drying myself I put my towel on the bathroom floor, like a carpet, to keep my feet dry. I was expecting a fresh towel when coming back in evening. But no, the same towel from the floor was hanging there for me, ready to be used again. Disgusting. Also, internet doesn’t work most of the time. Only positive thing to note, the reception was friendly.

Tje Hotel needs more maintenance.

The staff were lovely, although English speaking was very minimal. The facilities are very dated with no room service, phones, iron etc in the rooms. Breakfast 'buffet' consisted of few plates of meat and cheese and some bread rolls which during our first breakfast included a live bird perched on top! Vegetarian food was a virtual no no although I have to say that the staff really made an effort to find us something we could eat. Top staff, facilities need work!

Je suis désolé, vous m'avez vendu un produit sans wifi et sans Parking,la salle de bain catastrophique (rpas d'évacuation d'eau de la douche,l'eau non chaude....).Un bruit insupportable du claquement de la porte du couloir au matin.Le site m'vendu la nuit 630 MAD alors la nuitée coute 430 MAD à l'hôtel.P.déj n'est pas à la hauteur.
J'averti les clients de préférence de réserver au Marrakech qui se trouve à 45km de Ben guérir (là un minimum est garantit):rapport qualité prix.

Service très moyen, petit déjeuner bien en dessous de la moyenne. Sinon en termes de propreté et de confort, l'hôtel est pas mal

I left with out shower as no water and very dirty towels that I could not use
