Pros:

Un super accueil, en Français en plus! (rare sur Rimini)
Chambre au top, petit-déjeuner également. Les hôtes nous ont donné pleins de bons conseils.
Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Colazione eccezionale, molto ricca e varia. Ambienti molto puliti e curati. Un hotel 2 stelle molto meglio di tanti 3 stelle che ci sono a Rimini, con un altissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. I gestori gentilissimi.

Tolle Lage, sauberes Hotel – aber das Verhalten der Besitzerin ist leider untragbar.
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer, ist sehr sauber, und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider wird all das durch das Verhalten der Besitzerin zunichtegemacht.
Bei der Buchung noch freundlich, zeigte sie vor Ort ein völlig anderes Gesicht: respektlos im Umgang, bevormundend gegenüber Gästen, und inakzeptabel gegenüber den eigenen Angestellten – alles offen vor den Gästen! Teller wurden einem regelrecht vom Tisch gerissen, ohne zu fragen. Freundliche Grüße wurden ignoriert. Die Handtuchvergabe wurde zur unnötigen Diskussion, als hätte man um etwas Unzumutbares gebeten. Sogar die Kinder am Strand wurden zurechtgewiesen, weil sie im Sand spielten und dann ein kleines Loch gegraben haben, was wir später sowieso wieder alles so in die Ursprüngliche Form gebracht haben!!
Besonders respektlos war der Umgang mit unseren Ausweisen: Trotz mehrfacher Angebote, sie digital zu übermitteln, bestand sie auf eine sofortige, unhöfliche Herausgabe – mitten im Abendessen mit hungrigen Kindern!
Ihr späteres Entschuldigungsschreiben via WhatsApp ändert nichts an der Tatsache: Dieses Verhalten hat unseren Aufenthalt massiv belastet. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Nie wieder! Wir sind rund um die Welt gereist aber sowas unangenehmes habe ich nie erlebt!

La vicinanza alle spiagge, con tanti servizi tra cui trenino, bus e molti ristoranti e bar per ogni gusto.
La pulizia ogni mattina della camera con il personale davvero cordiale e sempre sorridente!
Renata e Tiziano ottimi host, gentili e sempre disponibili! la cagnolina Lilli è stata la mascotte dell'hotel! I bimbi l'hanno adorata!
Torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Accogliente, la colazione molto buona con preparazioni dolci e salate curate e attenzione alle intolleranze e alle alimentazioni veg. Disponibili anche ottime lunch bag preparate per escursioni o per passare l’intera giornata al mare.

Cons:

La mancanza dell’ ascensore per me non è stato un problema ma può esserlo per qualcuno. La struttura è comunque di soli 2 piani
