I stayed at another hotel in Wales the night before. Comfortable suite, modern bathroom, excellent service, beautiful views and almost half the price
No heating in the room. Had to ask for it to be switched on after we had been there for an hour or so. The next morning, no heating on in the room again. As it was a chilly, windy and wet afternoon/evening, I don't see why it wasn't thought of, and the bathroom was not very well appointed. (But it was clean)

Every aspect of my stay was excellent including meals comfortable bed and lovely helpful members of staff .
My only comment is the shortage of a facility to hang clothes but I understand why . Otherwise perfect and I will most
certainly wish to return .
Varied menu on top of the regulars via specials.Room and public areas really nice. Staff were very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Communication. Needed a room based file with the standard menu, meal timings, meal ordering system via the lounge, internet detail, departure time, services available locally in Llangefni etc.
We had breakfast at the guest house it was fantastic especially the bacon. We 2 evening meals they were outstanding 😋

Food was excellent and room comfortable. Location quiet but close to major road so an ideal situation to travel all over the island.
A bit more heat in the lounge and dining room
Food was good and plentiful. Staff were very helpful when we had a problem. Hotel was very clean although shabby.
The rooms are in need of redecoration, repairs that could.be done easily are left undone eg broken lock on bathroom not fixed, chains on window blinds not fixed when snapped and loose. Lots of steep steps not good for guests with mobility problems

During my 4 night stay the daily breakfast was excellent and served by friendly and efficient staff .
I particularly enjoyed the Sunday lunch in the company of my sister and brother in law who live on Anglesey . We all felt
that the 3 course meal was also excellent and good value for the price .
I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this Country Hotel with really helpful members of staff .
I cannot think of anything that can be improved as this establishment is very well run .
