Pros:

Plus jamais expedia! Notre réservation était inconnue à notre arrivée.
L'hotel ne travaille plus avec vous depuis des années.
Heureusement il y avait des chambres encore disponibles!

Charming, cozy and a total pleasure.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Amazing setting on the river with picturesque views in two directions from our corner room. Utterly charming in every way. The self serve Italian coffee machine in the salon is fantastic. Walk to everything in the delightful village with many riverside park areas. We took short drive to Brantome for an excellent dinner. Can’t edit to go back!

Kleines Hotel mit viel Charme in einem schönen Ort
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter unterwegs und hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Man war vor Ort sehr flexibel und hat unser Doppelzimmer noch mit einem zusätzlichen Bett ausgestattet. Obwohl es extrem heiß war, konnten wir dank mobilem Klimagerät nachts wunderbar schlafen. Ich kenne das Hotel noch von früher, als es recht altmodisch und düster wirkte, - jetzt ist es ein helles, freundliches Kleinod mit sehr schönen Zimmern, extrem guten Betten und schön gestalteten Aufenthaltsräumen. Der Pool ist zwar klein, reichte aber für eine Erfrischung bei dieser ungewöhnlichen Hitze. Der Ausblick auf das Schloß ist wie auf einer Postkarte...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Excellent Village location hotel
Pros:

We had a really super stay here. What a beautiful hotel; traditional, immaculately clean and so well equipped. We were made to feel so welcome for our short stay (hopefully longer next time!). The mojitos were fabulous! Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Brilliant host! Thank you very much we loved our stay!
