Pros:

This is a spotless property managed by sweet elderly ladies. They have a common kettle and microwave as well as a dining area so it is very convenient to grab food from the nearby supermarkets or bakeries and early here. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery and plates that you can use and self wash. Its a 15 mins walk from Ortachala bus depot. We needed to leave our bags for a day and the staff helped with that. They don't speak English so we used the translator. We did not see any air conditioning but it was October and we managed just fine. The hotel is situated at lower the ground level however we did not think it was dark or damp. It was clean, efficient and well managed. Great budget option for Tbilisi

Спасибо большое. Если будет в тех краях, обязательно опять приедем к вам :)
Pros:

Отель светлый , кодовый замок по входе во двор, wi fi хорошо работает. Комната чистая, уютная, сан узел в хорошем состоянии. Есть общий кухонный уголок, где можно заварить чай, разогреть еду и спокойно перекусить.

Cons:

Комната и санузел немного маловаты. Но для нас это было непринципиально.

Pros:

Location was good. Nerarby there was bus station, groceries and markets and even by walking easy access to city. They serve free coffee.

Cons:

Hotel is at mines floor and there was excessive moisture and humidity. Smell was not nice. My allergy have increased.

Pros:

Staff is helpful, kind and cheerful. It is close to the central bus station.

Cons:

The hotel is somewhat hidden — you need to enter the courtyard, and it’s located on level -1 (the basement floor)

There is no point in giving my card details when you have to present the card again.
