Nice spacious room , clean, well appointed accommodation, with kitchenette: Dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, pots, cutting board, coffee maker, and toaster, fridge and microwave. Handicapped friendly unit, except shower curtain not close enough to the floor causing puddle concerns. Good pillows. Mattress was hard, not as comfortable as the couch. Living room blinds did not close, so we had to stay in the dark with the drapes or not mind curious looks from the basketball court. Upstairs neighbors were noisy at midnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient with multiple keyed entrance. Really convenient walk to several restaurants and Home Depot/ Hobby Lobby. Coffee decent with flavored creamer and Swiss Miss cocoa, or option of hot tea. Eggs were terrible, quiche did not taste fully cooked at bottom. Terrible sulfur rotten egg smell coming from kitchen before continental buffet opened. Appreciated the bottled water. Juice was watery. Yogurt fine, as were bagels , cream cheese, and option to build your own waffle. Easy check out.

Very nice place. I have to mention Daniel who checked us in. Very helpful, polite and kind. I watched him interact with a gentleman and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful in communicating to this man who I think did not have a lot of $$ to stay. Daniel offered a few suggestions on other places. Daniel deserves a raise!!

Pros:

Hotel was clean, but not customer focused. Pool/hot tub closed at 10pm (on the weekend), no exceptions. Wifi available only for rewards members, and breakfast closed promptly at 9:30am.
