Cons:

The dinner was extremely disappointing. I ordered the crumbed mushrooms and a cheesy garlic loaf. I received 8 small mushrooms for R90 and the cheesy garlic roll was not edible. I paid R120 and threw most of it in the bin.
When I woke up there was no running water.

NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR 3 STAR HOTEL
Cons:

No hot water on Sunday and either cold or boiling water the rest of the days.

Toilet seat broken asked twice for it to be fixed.

Vending machine not working, no out order sign, so just taking people money and hotel refused to refund as it not there machine but staff said it's been like that for a while.

NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR 3 STAR HOTEL

Bed was comfortabel

Cons:

Location, unfriendly staff(except gate security. He was awesome) passageways and communal areas were not clean. Bathroom needs attention. TV needs resetting.
