Relaxing and refreshing
Pros:

The room was clean,the staff friendly,the place is clean as well i can visit again,the location is perfect near Blue Hills mall and shopping centre just around the corner.

Cons:

The floor in the rooms is tiled and no carpet on the bed side since its cold now,there are no fridges in the rooms and no safe to keep your valuable,did not even opt for house keeping since i had no place to put my valuables.

Cons:

water pressure in the room 232 was not great, the shower hardly had water, basin it was fine. Reported it Saturday morning nothing changed by Saturday evening.

Coffee machine was broken or jot serviced so a person could not buy coffee

like staying there probably my 4th time, but service is declining

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The building is beautiful and classy. The access to the rooms from the reception is effortless.

Cons:

That there was no room service, I was tired from travelling and could not go down to the restaurant.
