Las habitaciones tenían cucarachas, muchas cucarachas. Los trabajadores de limpieza movían todas tus cosas, en una ocasión pusieron una mochila sobre una gorra, que no debe aplastarse porque se deforma, y, se deformó. En general es un hotel con problemas severos de infestación, y poca consideración a las propiedades personales de sus clientes.

I absolutely had to stay at Hotel Oaxaca Inn Reforma because of its proximity to the Hospital San Lucas where my son was. The hotel staff was fine, kind of invisible but OK. The lobby is also fine. I was in a two bed room, the beds were hard as rocks, so uncomfortable (I tried both). The maid service was good, my room was cleaned every day. The bathroom is cramped and shabby, the water from the water fro the shower goes all over the bathroom floor and you have to be a contortionist to use the toilet, it is tucked into a space behind the door. The lights are killer harsh. The room has only one overhead light which HURTS. The carpet in the bedroom has some creepy stains on it. The rate was about $100/night so it felt like I was paying to be tortured. If you value your comfort, stay there only if necessary.
