Fantastic hotel with super facilities and a great atmosphere.
Pros:

The breakfast at Millies was exceptional. All members of staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities and atmosphere at the hotel are excellent. We have never experienced a hotel quite like this. It was fantastic and we will definitely stay again.

Birthday treat to myself and I was thoroughly spoilt!
Pros:

Location was perfect for getting to my restaurant booking but I also wish I’d had a longer stay to try the hotel restaurant and bar as it was buzzing and had live entertainment. The staff were wonderful and welcoming.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

I like the fact that the hotel has diversified restaurants in house which makes it convenient to stay and spending the time in the hotel.

Cons:

there was no hot water in the suite even though I reported this issue several time. I was extremely disappointed.

A real treat overall, a wonderful place to stay, rich in history.
Pros:

Location, staff and bedrooms were all excellent and as expected at The Ned.

Cons:

The Ned Feast simply does not cater well enough for allergen sufferers including Gluten Free. Their Feast offering is plentiful but with insufficient attention provided to GF guests. The price per person for non-allergen sufferers is fine, the price per person for allergen sufferers is simply too high until they introduce an allergy considerate menu.
