Posizione, eleganza, servizi
It’s in a great location
The most basic rooms are nearly £600 a night but look like prison cells. I was shocked to see the room and embarrassed when the makeup artist and my friend came to the room for us to get ready. The service is absolutely horrible, check in was almost like they felt they were doing me a favour by me staying there, I asked for an iron and it took 50 minutes to come and I had to ask twice, the staff in general were not particularly helpful and it didn’t feel like a 5* place. The biggest shock was the room

The variety of food options. The fantastic service from start to finish and the spa was incredible
The bedroom was a little small but apart from that it was perfect
Everything, the cleanliness, the character of the room and the location were perfect
It can be very noisy in the lobby and a bit of a journey getting through the front door as a guest.
The hotel caters to the local business community and club members. For guests it is a nightmare. You ask to use the pool it is a NO. There are no guest areas, everywhere is packed like a wework space and there is nowhere to sit.
The manager went above and beyond and made our stay so special - it was a difficult time for us as a family and the level of care by him and others was brilliant.
Breakfast needs to be a buffet!!!
Fabulous environment, superb rooms and a great vibe
Nothing
the staff could not do enough for you
The ground floor was a little to dark for me and the noise was loud at times
Seemed very mean spirited to not let us have breakfast on the roof on a sunny day when very few.people up there.
The room was retrochic
Bit hectic
Hotel is exceptional. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had dinner at the the diner and had breakfast the next morning. Food was very good. Cocktail bars were lovely. Frankie on the door was very helpful with our needs and Kiera on reception was very professional.
The hotel corridors are quite dark so signage to find the direction of your room number can be tricky.
There were 6 of us celebrating a 60th birthday at the Ned Feast on a Sunday.
We booked online but received no confirmation at all other than the fact that they took a huge deposit. Not the friendliest on the desk when we arrived - they reminded us several times that we only had 2 hours before we’d even sat down.
We were given a booth which tight for 6 and just didn’t work with a buffet when you’re all trying to eat or get out at different times.
Cutlery and napkins were dirty and there weren’t enough glasses on the table.
Took ages to get a drink and refills for the water, and they were slow to clear used plates.
Worse was the huge service charge which really soured the experience when the service had been so poor.
The food was pretty good though and it should be at these prices.
Alas my wife was too full to eat the mini birthday cake from the Ned and we had to leave it because they couldn’t provide a box or foil.
Don’t waste your money - this is not a premium experience.
