Bien, endroit confortable
Pros:

Lit tres propre et confortable, le personnel etait tres gentil pour la remise des clés. Pour un court séjour c’etait tres bien

Cons:

Il manquait quelques equipements comme un toaster, une bouilloir, et des linges pour essuyer la vaisselle, on s’est quand meme debrouillé mais ca aurait étér utile.
La telecommande ne fonctionnait pas.

Stationnement quasi impossible
Pros:

Pas de petit déjeuner, donc fausse information.

Cons:

Très grande difficulté de trouver un stationnement pour la durée du séjour.
La télécommande du téléviseur était défectueuse, donc pas de télé pendant le séjour.
On nous a demandé un dépôt de 200$, ce qui n'était pas prévu...!

Pros:

It’s a nice place and building. It had everything what we needed.

Cons:

Towels were wet when we got in. We couldn’t use them. The whole building was smelling like weed. The apartment and the hallway.

grand et parfait pour notre groupe, nous etions 6.
Check-in rapide et efficace.

Cons:

très bon emplacement
Pros:

le confort, la propreté , bien placé, bien insonorisé de l'extérieur

Cons:

pour la chambre, il manquait le rideau pour séparer le salon de la chambre;
la tringle était bien au mur mais sans le rideau

manque quelques éléments de cuisine ; il n'y a que 3 fourchettes

Cons:

it was described as 2 bedroom apartment. One bedroom completely unusable , terrible noise and smell. No windows at all, we expected at least some basement windows, pictures are deceptive.

Pas très agréable
Pros:

La literie était propre et le lit confortable

Cons:

La Climatisation principal du logement ne fonctionnait pas donc une chaleur étouffante.
Le canapé est extrêmement sale avec pleins de taches très étranges qui ne vous donne pas envie de vous y installer.
Le rideau également est taché plus quelques petites autres zones pas très propre.

Filthy dirty, no hot water, unsafe
Pros:

The entire building had a very strong odor, like untreated sewage. The sheets had not been changed after the previous guest left and were dirty. The room was dirty, the kitchen faucet barely worked, the bathtub was dirty and drained very slowly, and there was no hot water or heating (even though it was 25 degrees outside, it was cold in the room). Unfortunately, I had prepaid for four nights, but due to the appalling conditions, I left after only one night.

When I noticed how dirty the sheets were, I checked the online reviews again and found negative reviews on hotels.com that had been posted after I made my reservation. Notice how reviews from 2023 & 2024 have been erased.

The hotel offered to clean my room and fix the hot water, but given my experience on the first night and the comments I found online, I wasn't convinced that they would solve the problems (clean sheets and hot water are basic expectations in a hotel room). There was no front desk at this hotel, and I discovered in online reviews that there is a lot of theft at this hotel, and I did not feel safe.

Refund refused by Hotels.com and the hotel.

Pros:

Absolutely terrible experience at Parc Avenue Lofts. The unit was filthy, with mould and dirt everywhere. When we raised concerns, we were told this was just "normal wear and tear." The rooms had no air conditioning, and only 2 fans were provided for 3 bedrooms — one of them caked in dust. The blinds were practically useless, letting in all the light and offering no privacy. I’ll be attaching photos so others can see the real condition of this place. Don't stay here even if it's for free.

Seul l’emplacement est bien
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal et la terrasse vraiment sympa. Voilà les seuls commentaires positifs pour ce loft. Tout est soit sale soit abîmé voir cassé à l’intérieur. Le jacuzzi est dans un état déplorable. L’eau n’est même plus transparente et d’une odeur douteuse. L’équipe de l’établissement n’est pas du tout à l’écoute. Aucune réactivité.

Not as comfortable as it could have been.
Pros:

The location was very good for what we did in Montreal. The top floor deck was nice.

Cons:

The kitchen was not stocked to accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 coffee mugs, only 2 dinner plates. The smaller pots had no lids. There were only bath towels supplied, no hand towels or face cloths. There was only an air conditioner on the top floor, none on the bottom floor of the apartment. It became quite warm at night. The pillows were stained, felt not clean. There was underwear and towels left in the washer (gross). The hallways to the apartment were not very clean. A hot tub was advertised but was in poor condition and not actually ready to use.
