Calidad, precio
Pros:

Un lugar muy cómodo, yo no soy de Xalapa, desconocía la zona, está en la zona de mercados.
Es un espacio muy limpio y agradable.
Económico: cuenta con los espacios y mobiliario de calidad.
El personal 10/10 muy amable.

Cons:

No cuentan con aire acondicionado y tuve que abrir la ventana, lo que propicio que se escuchará todo lo de afuera, y no sé si eran otros huéspedes pero hablaban muy alto y no me dejaron descansar.

Cómo oportunidad de mejora, el suministro de agua caliente suficiente a todas las habitaciones. No fue problema, porque nos cambiaron de habitación de inmediato y fueron muy eficientes.
