Ar condicionado: sempre em 25,5/26 graus, ventilação. Fiz a observação na recepção, me trocaram de quarto mas a situação persistiu, ou seja o ar estava configurado na ventilação de forma geral.

Location of the place
Everything in the hotel is spacious, pleasing to the eye and very clean and tidy. Very good breakfast, alot of variety should cater for most guests.
Some staff, not all, pretty poor level of speaking English. Since quite alot of international guests when I was there, this should still be improved. There is a nice bar and lounge area next to the lobby, but the bar opening hours unclear and restricted, closed early. WiFi cut out and unstable in the room, but for most part it's ok.

Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao was a practical choice for my business trip during CMEF, mainly because of its convenient location near the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC). Commuting to the exhibition venue was easy and saved a significant amount of time each day. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough to rest well after long exhibition hours. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, making it easy to start the day without needing to search for food outside. The check-in and check-out process was generally smooth, and the staff handled guests professionally. There were also nearby convenience stores and restaurants, which added to the overall convenience of the stay.
Although the location was excellent for exhibition purposes, it is farther from central Shanghai and major tourist attractions, so travel time can be longer if sightseeing is part of the trip. During busy exhibition periods, the lobby can become crowded and check-in may take more time than usual. Hotel rates tend to increase during major trade fair seasons.
