Pros:

Very comfortable room for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Very close to South Bank. The room was clean, with the pool towels ready in the room. Will definitely be back.

A great find, will stay again.
Pros:

Great location especially for QPAC and shows. Good Value for money, good to have a restaurant on site, too. Swift efficient check in and out. Room was very spacious, bed super comfortable and awesome shower. TV was large with so many channels to choose from. A special touch to have filtered water dispensers on each floor too. The view of the city and Brisbane eye was a bonus. I’d definitely stay again.

Cons:

The pool area was lovely but could have been tidier, with leftover swimming costumes, empty drink bottle and wrappers around. Maybe it hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. The house keeping on each floor landings could be better, carpets need a good vacuum. Otherwise this would be a top notch hotel.

Towels etc removed but not replaced
Secondary card taken from power slot when room was clean & removed from room not return
Breakfast buffet was lacking and not value for money
Tried to order room service at 8.30pm on Saturday night & kitchen was closed
Bed & pillows were very uncomfortable leaving us with sore backs & necks. We were there with friends (5 different room) all found the beds & pillows terrible
