Very nice and the staff were helpful and kind.
Pros:

The location was very good and the bed was comfortable the restaurant had a limited but well presented food.

Cons:

My room position was a little noisy as was above the pool not really a complaint just something to remember.

Comfortable hotel on the South Bank
Pros:

We were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. Our room was prepared much earlier than supposed, so after 2 days in airplanes, we could check-in and take a shower just after our arrival. The staff was very friendly. And we really like the breakfast. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the beach, which is a great place for kids!

Greta for convenience pretty average otherwise.
Pros:

Loved the convenience to Southbank parklands.

Cons:

On ocassion the staff were hit and miss. Issues with my room bookings and then basic things like no towels, no Dyson hair dryer in the pool rooms, flickering lights and noises. No clean cups, room service for two drinks took over an hour and a half. It was pretty average. The pool lights shut off at 8:30pm and closed at 9pm. No real atmosphere near the pool. Also the food buffet breakfast was very average.

Great family hotel in walking distance to South Bank and the ferry to Bluey World!
Pros:

We were upgraded as a nice surprise. The room was large and the bed super comfy. Pool - fab for a dip after site seeing! Breakfast buffet had heaps of options. The location is close to South Bank and buses to the city. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here to attend Blueys World! Onsite parking was a winner too.

Nil.

Fantastic - Highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff were so lovely and went over and above. I had a conference at the Convention Centre and it was the most perfect location. Walking distance, close to restaurants and a place I felt safe while travelling alone. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and quiet for sleeping

Cons:

Broken TV had to be replaced with technicians in room for over an hour. Needs 2nd carton of milk. Disappointed with breakfast..no poached eggs and very little fruit..more put out as we leaving. No wholemeal bread

Overall the room was gorgeous, location perfect and the restaurant was great!
Pros:

Loved the location and it was very nice.

Cons:

The paint smell from freshly painted walls. I woke with a headache and was nauseous. We only spent one night thankfully and left early so forgot to mention it.

Overall our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly
Pros:

I loved the restaurant, the food was excellent, the hotel is very clean and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the location across from the park, there are a lot of homeless people in tents and it felt a little unsafe walking back to the hotel in the late evening.
