Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Asked for housekeeping 2 days, never received service. Got towels from front desk. Noisy neighbor at 11 pm on 10/2, called front desk to complain and it continued until 3:00 am. Marijuana odor throughout the night. Entry and bathroom door stuck on floor and made very loud noise. Found a glass bottle of tequila on pool steps and food in bottom of pool. Poor lighting in bathroom. Needs a larger sign on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

When entering the lobby very clean and smells fresh.

Cons:

The garage can in my bathroom had gum at the bottom which says the bag was not changed. Also the bathroom room had a smell of onions coming from it.

Cons:

The property misled me, falsely advertising a crib to be available. I have a 1 year old infant. After paying for the room and arriving to the hotel, I found out from staff that the crib was unavailable at the location. They also didn't offer any remedies and are not answering from Booking.com. Leading to my daughter, spouse and myself not being able to sleep that night. A very dissapointing experience.

I’ve stayed here twice and I would never stay here again even with the perfect location
Pros:

It was close to great stores that we needed and to University of Buffalo campus.

Cons:

While the room was a good size for the three of us, it smelled from the minute, we walked in, the bedding smelled, and it was gross.

Pros:

Just an overnight stay. Sleep only, nothing else. Clean, quiet, ample parking. In and out without issue. Cost reasonable given prices at surrounding properties given college move in at local colleges.
