Overall, it was OK.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. The price quite comparable. The rooms were very clean at check-in. The breakfast was OK. (Not many choices for me and anyone with celiac ((gluten allergies)).

Cons:

No "do not disturb" signs in the room to hang on the door. The fact that staff came in during the day and emptied the trash but did not restock any items (i.e. coffee, eye makeup remover clothes). Not many choices for gluten free options at breakfast. There was no one at the desk when I checked out at 4:15 a.m.

No greeting from the front desk person. He just stood there when I was at the desk. No, may I help.

Ligging ten opzichte van vliegveld en Niagara falls. Goede parkeergelegenheid bij hotel op eigen (onoverdekte) parkeerterrein. Vriendelijk personeel. Prijs is gunstig.

Cons:

Ontbijt: Deze was te kort en wordt te vroeg afgesloten. op werkdagen van 6.00 tot 9.00 uur. Tijdens de weekenden van 7.00 tot 10.00 uur. Beperkte keuze. Kartonnen borden en plastic bestek.
Huishoudelijke dienst: bedden worden alleen opgemaakt als dat voor 8.00 uur wordt aangevraagd. Zelfde geldt voor schoonmaken kamer en bijvoorbeeld verwijderen afval. Wel worden elke dag schone handdoeken geleverd.

It was ok..
Pros:

The location was ok. It was easy to get to and from. The ac in our room wasn’t working properly so they gave us a new room. It accommodated our basic needs.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t that great.
We went to check out the pool to take advantage of it while we were there and as soon as we walked in we noticed the pool water was very foamy and smelled strongly of chlorine. We did not use the pool after that.
