Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals konnte das schelchte Gesamtbild nicht retten-
Pros:

Für einheimische Gäste war das Frühstück sicher ok, aber für europäische sehr beschränkt und stereotyp (immer die gleiche Auswahl an Brot, Konfitüre, Obst und Corn Flakes, Pudding, usw.

Cons:

Die WC-Spülung funktionierte auch nach zweimaligem Einsatz des technischen Personals nach fünf Tagen nicht. Unzumutbar. Für mich war diese Spülung defekt und hätte ersetzt werden müssen. Eine einzige Zumutung. Auf unserem Stockwerk sowie auch draussen war es wegen Hochzeitsfesten und feiernden Hochzeitsgästen sehr lärmig. Das WC-Papier war sehr spärlich bemessen. Warmwasser in der Dusche war zum Teil nicht verfügbar. Schade. Ich habe stark das Gefühl, dass diese Unterkunft eher auf Gruppenreisende, Geschäftsleute und Teilnehmende an Hochzeits. und anderen Anlässen ausgerichtet ist. Für Individualreisende und Paare ist dieser Resort ungeeignet.

We cant really rest because its a party after party noises at the hallway. Youd be up at 5am because of event speakers. But the place is highly recommended for events. NOT for relaxation.

Very relaxing place to stay close to the airport. The bed and pillows are comfy. The bathroom is clean with all the necessities. The breakfast is excellent. The overall decor is nice with all the beautiful plants & flowers around. The wooden furnishings made for an overall cozy & relaxing environment. Pros:

I have stayed there several times this year. The front desk person greeted me by name and welcomed me back. We arrived before checkin time , 2pm, and they upgraded us to a better room that was already clean and available. We attended a wedding and it was spectacular.

The service was excellent, the staff were very nice and polite. We enjoyed our daily breakfast. , Hotel is close to the airport and its very relaxing, you're really surrounded by nature and ohh the hotel has the touch of ancestral homes .

A lizard and uncomfortable toilet experience.
Pros:

Unfortunately, two (2) incidents took place which made our stay unpleasant and need to transfer hotel. My wife had the opportunity to speak to Leni, manager.

You wouldn't want for me to share our experience with TripAdvisor.

Comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

The natural surrounds and staff service.

Cons:

The food was a bit overpriced. Superior double room we had is a bit tired looking and run down. Needs a revamp.
