今回のGWを利用して泊まりました。
・オーナーの方は年配の女性の方で日本語が話せます。事前のメッセージでのやり取りにより、部屋のキーを直接もらいました。
・手ぶらで宿泊しても大丈夫なくらいアメニティなどが充実していました。
・チェックアウトの時も直接お会いしてキーを返却するシステムです。
・部屋はいくつか持っているようで、その日の空き具合で場所が変わるようです。現に、booking.comの掲載写真とは違う部屋でした。（ハズレは無いと思います）

Cons:

1泊だけで利用したのが惜しいくらいです。

La vie était douce là-bas.
Pros:

Le studio est environ 40 mètres carré, il est meublé et les charges sont comprises, alors je ne dois pas payer les factures. En plus, il y a une nouvelle porte-avion nucléaire est en train de construire à côté. Enfin, la vie est fantastique à Dalian.

大変便利交通便利場所、金融機関集中する中山広場の近く、ローカル生活風景を感じれる場所。
