大変便利交通便利場所、金融機関集中する中山広場の近く、ローカル生活風景を感じれる場所。
Pros:

TVの使用及びVIP 会員の参入に必要事が、不便以外無し。静香な部屋、19階で、港見える風景最高でした。

Very good stay. The host was very kind. We were let into the room a few hours before the posted check in time. The room was clean and spacious. Cookware and dining ware were provided in the kitchen. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. We didn't use either of those items. But if you plan to stay for more than one night, it is a good deal considering the location.

スタンダードな部屋を予約しましたが、翌日になって部屋に変わってほしいとの話なので、宿泊している部屋にこだわりはないので部屋を変わりました。部屋を変わった後はすぐに出かけたので、夕方部屋に戻って分かったのですが、その部屋はエアコンが故障していることがわかりました。直ぐには直らないとの事と、他の部屋もないとの事で、ホテルを変わる事になりました。

3泊で利用しました。
中国へ行くのは初めてだったこともあり、こちらのサイトからチャットでいろいろと質問をしたところ、丁寧に説明してくださいました。
また、私たちは空港に到着後、元に両替が出来ずWifiもローミングも不安定でWeChat、アリペイもつながらず、2時間程、空港近辺で足止めされていました。その際も、管理人さんから何度も電話をして頂いたようで（電話は繋がりませんでしたが）、その間、到着予定時間からずっと私たちを待っていてくれました。
施設はホテルではなく、ウィークリーマンションに近いと事前に説明を受けていましたので、寝間着を持参しました。とても面白い建物で地下に広いスーパーがあり、1階はコンビニや居酒屋もあります。利用はしていませんが、クラブもありました。私たちは3人だったので同じ施設に宿泊出来ないとのことで、別館に案内されました。そちらは宿泊施設だけですが、本館のすぐ近くです。
部屋のアメニティはタオル、バスタオル、シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ（歯磨き粉）、石鹸がありました。設備は各部屋に無料の洗濯機、ポット、冷蔵庫、洗濯干し、ドライヤーがあり、お水も2本付いていました。事前にお願いをして、連日のタオル交換とゴミ捨てをお願いしました。午前1時頃までやっているコンビニが本館1階にあったため、足りない物は購入出来、何の不便もありませんでした。
地下鉄の駅やバス停も近く、アクセスの良い場所にあります。
何よりこの値段で、このクオリティの施設はとても素晴らしいです。そして、管理人さんがとても親切な方で、日本語で対応して下さいました。次回、大連に行く際は絶対にこの施設を利用します。そして、他の人にも勧めます。

オーナー👩とは、Expediaを通じたメッセージのやり取り、中国に着いてからwechatでのメッセージのやり取り、共に素早く、柔軟に対応いただけました。

お部屋も同額でアップグレードしてくれました😃本当に広い1LDKでびっくりしました。階数も高かったです。自炊も十分に出来、現地の中国人がいいホテルで安くて驚いたと言ってました。

エレベーターは、その階の鍵を持ってる人しか押せないようになっていてセキュリティもいいです。

ホテルの周りも観光地だからこ、夜でも明るく女性が1人で歩いても比較的安全だと思いました。

まだビザがないと日本から渡航出来ないので、大連にはビジネスマンしかいませんでした。早く以前のようにビザなしで渡航出来る様になると良いなと思います。
