Convenient overnight before ferry
Pros:

Room was clean and bed comfortable

Cons:

Very warm room and thermostat hanging off the wall. Cafe was very messy. Floor covered in food and other rubbish. Food was ok.

Ideal para noches de paso en un viaje por carretera
Pros:

Personal amable, habitación muy limpia y completa, excelente ubicación para un viaje por carretera, bar/restaurante y gasolinera allí mismo (también para cargar vehículos eléctricos), zona de aparcamiento con tejado (lo que hizo que no se me congelara la luna del coche, como sí me pasó en otros lugares y le pasó a vehículos que aparcaron en otras zonas al aire libre)... Todo muy bien.

The food was very good and the staff very helpful

Cons:

There was a problem with flies in the bar area. The fire alarm kept going off nearly every hour and throughout the night. The hotel website shows it as being part of a Repsol garage in fact that is no longer the case. We drove past it not knowing it had changed to BP.

Pros:

La habitación era confortable y amplia. El area de servicio está abierta 24 horas y eso es muy importante para los que viajamos regularmente.

Cons:

Creo que no había suficiente personal, sobre todo en la cafetería y a veces (cuando llegaban autobuses o grupos) se les veía desbordados. Si tuviera la opción del desayuno incluido sería de agradecer.
