Great location, but would not stay again in even remotely warm weather
Pros:

The location was great! Easy access and security, email confirmation and codes received in advance of checking in. Very clean apartment

Cons:

No windows! We genuinely thought we were going to suffocate overnight due to there being no access to fresh air. The extremely high temperature inside the apartment made it impossible to sleep, and there was no relief at all. Of the two fans provided one didn’t work and the other barely blew out a puff of hot air. It was too uncomfortable to to even sit in the apartment, so we had to spend as little time as possible there. Considering the premium price that is charged for this property, they should invest in proper AC -or some functioning external windows.

There are also no USB points at all, but that issue pales into insignificance in comparison to the greenhouse effect of the lack of air flow

Well located, spacious and secure apartment with good facilities
Pros:

The location was very close to the city centre, 5 minutes walk from concert square. The duplex apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. One ensuite bedroom, one other bedroom and separate bathroom. I used the parking Bee app and parked for 24 hours in the multi storey car park nearby for less than ten pounds. It was only a few minutes walk from the apartments. Security was excellent with keypad entry to both the building and the apartment. Manned security was present in the evening/nightime.

Cons:

It was very warm in the apartment, but that was to be expected with the recent hot weather. A portable air conditioning unit supplied by the owners was very welcome!

Clean, great location, but boiling
Pros:

Great location, clean property, nice big space with kitchen and two bathrooms

Cons:

There was no windows and essentially zero ventilation, so staying during hot temperatures meant it got very warm very quickly, with no real way of cooling down.

Great location, spacious.
Pros:

Great location and very spacious apartment. Very smooth check-in / checkout. Had everything we needed.

Cons:

There was no data connection in the apartment, the WiFi also did not work. I had to go outside of the building to get Internet access which was not ideal when trying to plan our day. There also were no windows so got very stuffy in there.

Pros:

Location is amazing, close to everything and there is also a 24 hr shop next door which is good. Apartment was clean and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

We were in Apartment 4 and there are no windows, for 7 people staying it meant it was very warm and no ventilation.

Comfortable and relatively undisturbed, easy to access from the centre. However wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The location was poor as it is located next to a strip club so the front facing room was exposed to a lot of noise. The kitchen doors were severely damaged and plinths were missing. The mirrored drawers were cracked and the emergency exit light was so bright I had to put my shirt over it so that we could sleep, none of the streaming services on the TV would work.

It was lovely, spacious, beautiful and in a great location.

The tv is very old just needs upgrading but everything else was absolutely stunning

Good for a big group.
Pros:

Big space, nice open plan, good location and balcony.

Cons:

Door to balcony from bedroom jammed and the room was so hot so we couldn’t open it to get air in. Stains on bed sheets.
