Disappointing in a convenient location
Pros:

Location. Clean, well maintained/ decor.

Cons:

Cold. Very limited crockery/ cutlery/ pans. Drains smell in shower room, not enough pillows. Noisy and loud groups of people congregated on the street outside the window at 4, 5 and 6 am.

avoid due to no communication and check in was a disgrace.
Pros:

clean rooms. Good location. good facilities in the room

Cons:

Check-in was a complete disgrace. We never received an email with codes. We were standing outside for an hour, rang the "emergency" number 28 times, left a voicemail, and emailed. no answer. We were not contacted until the next day. Luckily, someone else staying at the apartment had let us in, and then we realised that all the keys were in the door. I was on the phone in the morning to check everything was in order, and she told me that we were in rooms 2 and 4. If i had not had ohoned prior to arriving we wpould have not been able to stay. After being contacted, I was told an email was sent out in the morning; however, I have sent them back the confirmation to say no, there was not. I will not be staying here again, as the communication is a complete disgrace. The website says there is a 24-hour receptionist. This is false information. There is not. It was interesting that there was no receptionist at check-in time, but it was in the middle of the night?? I cannot fault the rooms themselves; however, if you can't get hold of them to obtain a check-in code, that is a major problem.

Overall very good stay for our small group.

Not worth the money and therefore won’t be returning
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Toilets were not cleaned properly. Could not connect to Tv as was very old and not smart. The Speaker provided did not work and had to buy ourselves one. Not enough shower towels for 5 people. Kettle did not work/turn on. Fridge was not turned on/kept on so the food we brought could not be kept refrigerated.

Pros:

Location is great and easy access

Cons:

Room was not very clean , window sills etc the dust was very bad.
The noise levels were very loud throughout the apartments and also as our room was right on the road the noise level all night was quite bad.

Too many issues in one night!!!
Pros:

Good location but that’s the only positive thing about this property.

Cons:

Where do I even begin with this property.

The apartment was completely unacceptable. There was a broken ironing board dumped behind the kitchen door, the microwave did not work at all, and the “smart” TV was anything but smart. We were unable to access YouTube or Netflix, and when we attempted to download apps via the Google Play Store, it stated that the device was not supported.

The upstairs shower had no hot water and was freezing cold throughout our stay. To make matters worse, there were no windows in the apartment.

Communication was appalling. I called the owner over 15 times and sent multiple messages and photos regarding these issues. Not once did I receive a call or reply. Interestingly, prior to our stay, the owner was extremely responsive on WhatsApp, particularly when requesting an additional £20 for early check-in. Once payment was taken, all communication stopped, despite their number being listed as the emergency contact.

This level of service and accommodation is completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Cons:

Issue with accessibility... no phone call at 3pm as arranged...they phoned me early in the morning which I missed. We arrived after 4pm and we had to call them for access code.
Just not smooth but not really a problem.
