Sudeep was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. His mother makes a great breakfast. All of the family/staff were lovely—— and so were the other guests! I like that there were cats around, and the location is unbeatable if you want to circle the great stupa of Boudhanath. I would definitely return!

Modest family run guest house that has everything you need. I liked it so much I stayed again on my way back through Kathmandu and I would do so again.
It has AC, a small but tasty breakfast, hot water and very comfortable beds

Such a phenomenal place to stay. Cannot recommend it enough. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Soft beds, hot showers with great water pressure, delicious breakfast and a lovely garden out back to relax in. A perfect spot to get away from the crazy of Kathmandu. Location could not be better, situated away from the touristy mess of Thamel in Boudha right next to the huge stupa. To top it off, Sudeep and his family go above and beyond to help with any little detail of your time I Kathmandu. A delight to be able to spend time chatting with them. Please stay here you will love it!

I loved staying at Aarya Chaitya Inn. The service was excellent. Their customer service can’t be compared to other hotels. They even helped me when I had to go for 5-days trek. They managed my booking to go along with my plans during the stay. I am thankful to them for making it so easy. Thank you.

Booked 3 Nights stay after searching countless hotels/guesthouses in & around the Boudha area, & this place exceeded my expectations, 3 mins walk to the Stupa...but nicely located in a somewhat quieter vicinity, was perfect for my needs. Overall the Hotel is well kept, clean presentable rooms with all the amenities you would expect, the garden area was lovely, quiet & peaceful. The staff are very friendly & helpful without being overly imposing, the ambience is therefore quite laid back & relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. The home cooked breakfast (which varies every day) was excellent, we enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up booking a further 7 nights.....organized many day trips with a taxi that was arranged by the Staff at very competitive rates.... All in all I cannot rate this place highly enough, a special thank you to Sudeep, Darshana & Family who helped make our stay in Kathmandu a very special one. Ian.

Sudeep and his family are extremely gracious hosts and I had a wonderful stay here. Hotel is well maintained, hot water, and a great breakfast! The garden area is beautiful and I would totally recommend for any short or long term stay. Would definitely stay here again.
