Location is a 10! It is very quiet. I slept like I was at home - an indication of how comfortable it was for me. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! I was with my senior parents, and they offered to have their breakfast served in their room so that they don't have to walk to the cafe. All of the staff are great. I am surprised I have not heard of this hotel before. We were supposed to stay at a family room, however, it was under renovation. They booked us to 2 rooms instead, at a much lower price. Customer service of this hotel is excellent!

I liked the hotel from the moment the cab dropped me off in the hotel grounds. Set in a quiet nook with trees, the place has character. The room is big, well-furnished, has a powerful aircon, and is very clean (including the bathroom). I like the breakfasts that I had at the Bramble cafe & bakery. An upscale Australian-owned restaurant adds a touch of class. The hotel is easy to spot more than a block away because of the old trees that mark its presence--a green oasis in Poblacion!
Nothing. I just commented about one of their ledges (where you can put personal effects) not being level, but I am sure that can be easily fixed.
This facility was/is exceptional, a refreshing cut from the usual hotels in the area. The quality of the rooms were felt the minute we entered. That "at home" feeling continued to be felt by us/my family throughout our stay. And the restaurant was superb, my complements to the chef for providing us with excellent gourmet breakfasts that came with the room. This was a great place to stay, safe and secure.
Our concern from the start, was the patio sliding glass door, that had an insecure locking mechanism on the outer slide. When brought to their attention, the staff told us new repair parts were ordered and told us staff walks our area to ensure security. Another concern was the hot water heater in the shower that we did not report until our checkout. Staff told us that a reset at the water source could have resolved this..no worries.

Place is well secured and the staffs are amazing.
The breakfast included was the best breakfast ever. Top quality food and service worth at least 30% of the room cost or more. Highly recommend this properly
Wonderful hospitality and spacious rooms
The breakfast at Bramble is great, and the location is very convenient to the places that I needed to go to. The staff was also very friendly. The room is quite big compared to other hotel rooms.
The rain shower head in the bathroom seems clogged. It didn't affect me much because I mostly prefer to use the handheld shower. They also only accept cash payments at the front desk which was strange for a hotel.
The staff were really accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was superb.

The staff was great as well as the restaurant... incredible food. The location was good, although the GRAB Cab could never find the location for the hotel. You are close to the nigh market, church and parks in walking distance. We found some cute cafes that were not far from hotel. We used the hotel to drive to some of the waterfalls and Philippine Eagle center, so being central with parking was great.
The bathroom was small, and I wish they had wash cloths. Shower leaked on main bathroom floor.
