Pros:

Le professionnalisme du réceptionniste. Elle était très serviable et gentille.
L’emplacement est au cœur de l’ancienne ville proche de toutes les commodités.

Pros:

La ubicación en la ciudad era buena y en general estaba limpio.

Cons:

No entiendo muy bien porque este alojamiento tiene tan buena puntuación, las fotos de booking son todo mentira. Para empezar no es un hotel, son habitaciones a las que accedes por una agencia de viajes, el balcón que aparece en las fotos da a una fachada de una tienda de ropa y a una pared llena de aires acondicionados (vamos que hay que tener siempre cerrado). Las fotos de la azotea y el desayuno son el hotel de al lado, que es donde te llevan a desayunar.Por no hablar de que las ventanas no cierran y dejan una rendija de 1 cm en cada una. El baño correcto, pero la ducha muy vieja y desgastada. El problema es que lo venden como hotel y es más un hostal, por el precio que pagas hay HOTELES mucho mejores en la misma zona. Incluso miramos la opción de cambiarnos de alojamiento al llegar, pero desde recepción no nos dieren la opción de disponer de cancelación gratis, por suerte solo estuvimos dos noches.

Vị trí 10 điểm, phòng khoáng đạt, nhân viên niềm nở

Cons:

Cách âm kém quá, phòng mình book ở phía ngay đường và đường phố cổ còn hẹp nên đêm xuống chỉ cần xe máy đi qua, bíp còi hay tiếng người nói chuyện cũng đã nghe thấy rồi. Rất khó ngủ với người không quen tiếng ồn.

Pros:

we stayed for 3 nights. the location near the lake and the church. all shops are nearby. the room was spacious, has smart tv and mini fridge, bed and pillow comfy. we got free upgrade from double room to triple room. the staff very friendly and nice. also, every floor only has one room so it feels like a private apartment.

Cons:

the only problem we found was the air conditioner is not cold. we set it at 18°C but the room feels like 25°C. i think it needs maintenance service.

Premier séjour à Hanoï réussi
Pros:

Pour notre premier séjour à Hanoï, nous avons choisi cet hotel situé dans le Old Quarter. L’hôtel possède 3 bâtiments avec une chambre par étage. Après notre périple à Sapa et notre croisière sur la baie d’Halong, nous avons choisi de retourner dans cet hotel en raison de la gentillesse et la serviabilité de l’équipe. Ils nous ont aidé à réserver notre bus de nuit pour Sapa et notre croisière d’une nuit sur la baie d’Halong, la logistique était impeccable !

Cons:

Le quartier était animée, certaines chambres sont moins bien insonorisées que d’autres.

مدينة هانوي جميلة وممكن تزور مدينة بن بج على بعد ساعتين تقريبا بالباص لكن تستاهل الزيارة، رحلة جميلة

الفندق جميل وفي مركز المدينة وقريب من البحيرة ويوجد مطعم يمني وباكستاني قريب للأكل الحلال على مسافة 10 دقائق مشي
