Das Zimmer war doch recht klein und das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Zudem musste man zum Frühstücken in ein anderes Hotel.

Enjoyable and comfortable
Pros:

It’s right at the central location at walkable distance from the Hoan Kiem lake. Everything is nearby. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Tracy was extremely helpful and always smiling.

Cons:

Nothing actually. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty late at night. But everything else was perfect.

Schöne Lage im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen üppig und sehr gut. Die Lage ist Mega, mitten im old Town und um die Ecke direkt der See.
Auch der Service ist ausgesprochen gut und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen! In einigen Bewertungen schreiben manche, dass es sehr laut ist. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen es sind die ganz normalen Geräusche einer Stadt. Wir haben schon ganz andere Geräuschkulissen erlebt in Hanoi.

Pros:

Chambre grande et excellente, très propre. L’hôtel est situé au centre de Hanoï. Le réceptionniste de nuit était très gentil, il nous a accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup de bonne humeur. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. En général, tout était parfait.

Świetny hotel w centrum Old Town, położony na cichej ulicy.
Przestrzenny czysty pokój z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami.
Zostaliśmy przywitani przez przemiłą Tracy, która zadbała o nasz przejazd na lotnisko za bardzo atrakcyjną cenę.
Śniadanie na 10 piętrze w budynku obok było wspaniałe; kiełbaski, boczek jajka sałatki, pieczywo, świeże owoce, soki, jogurt i wiele więcej.
Polecamy Family Hanoi Hotel z całego serca.

Near Hoan Kiem Lake and almost everything

Cons:

The road is closed on the weekends so we needed to walk down to the main road as the vehicles can’t come in bringing the luggages with us. Also our toilet was leaking and won’t drain properly for the shower, kinda flooding on the toilet’s floor.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Great location and the staff were really friendly to! they let us leave our bags there while we went out for the day before check out. The location is great for exploring the centre of the town, was a great place to stay for our last place while travelling :)

Great hotel in a good location
Pros:

Large room, hot shower, large comfy bed, balcony and furniture. The breakfast was at the hotel very close by and had an excellent choice. The location was close to the lake and on the edge of the old quarter.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
