Pros:

The room had all stated facilities and amenities all working as intended.

Cons:

Upon arriving I was advised that the I was not staying in the main hotel, but the properties behind - this was fair but unexpected. I was also advised that there was a £10 charge for parking, which was in the terms of booking. I didn't clearly see this and felt this was an unfair charge, as I was staying at the hotel. I am familiar with the local area and if known prior to my stay - I would have made arrangements to park or stay elsewhere.

It is ideal for short stays and well located for LGW.
Pros:

Helpful staff at LGW (WH Smith) guided me to bus stop. Young lady on my flight told me when to get off the bus. 10mins walk to hotel. Clean room, good shower, comfy bed, fair prices in bar, shuttle to airport, fair price. Drops you outside terminal. 2 nights VFM Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

No air con , very high temps. Limited menu, fair prices ( if you like Turkish food).

Good value for money and very convenient. Would use again.

Convenient to Gatwick airport. Prompt and inexpensive hotel shuttle bus. Spotless bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

Bedroom decor dated however it is obvious that refurbishment is taking place.
Neither dinner nor breakfast available.

Good overall stay with clean facilities which served purpose
Pros:

Good hotel for price and great for airport run. Only criticism is that they didn’t offer breakfast but restaurant was quite good. Noise level was quite.

Cons:

It was very hot weekend and rooms can get quite stuffy but left window open and it was fine. Hotwlnwas quite - good price for what you got

Perfect stay for a stress free Gatwick stay
Pros:

Staff were great, I stayed alone and it was so hot so I went and asked if they had a fan, they got me one straight away and filled ny bottle up with water and ice. Restaurant was lovely really nice food. Close to Gatwick £7 for a shuttle and they arrange it all so zero stress! Booking to stay again in a few weeks for next trip. When I first arrived I didn't have a lighter, I asked a guy to borrow his and he let me keep it (he worked there)

Good hotel well located for the airport if you can forgive some minor issues for the price.
Pros:

Great location especially at the price for Gatwick Airport and anything that side of London, especially with the airport shuttle to the airport from where public transport into London is easy. Staff on reception and in the shuttle were friendly and accommodating, even in the early hours of the morning. Even the iron and ironing board I requested were new. Unfortunately I was too late to try to the bar and restaurant this time around but would definitely stay there again. Ability to park at the hotel and get a shuttle to and from the airport at any time is also a plus, especially as the hotel can then be used in conjunction with Gatwick Express fro a late night out in London as well as using it for the airport.

Cons:

Some areas seemed a little dated and down at heel but for the price, it can be forgiven for that as generally everything was clean and worked. Soft furnishing perhaps a little chintzy but again, at the price it can be forgiven for that. Cleaning wasn't perhaps quite as thorough as one might expect as some bins were not emptied, though again, this was mid stay (2 nights) so perhaps they are trying to economise on the number of bin liners they used. Again, no issue as lack of emptied bins was mid stay and the bins weren't full. Shower frame was leaking and a little more preventative maintenance could be used but for a budget stay before an early flight out or late flight back in then it more than serves its purpose.

Not happy about parking charges which were not stated whilst booking. They kept rattling on about it because it was near the airport. £10 a night - would booked elsewhere if I'd known as I was only staying there to visit someone - nothing to do with the airport. To be fair I thought the staff were pretty stroppy and got a bit weird when I didn't add a flight number to my booking in details. Didn't seem to comprehend that someone may stay there who is not actually using the airport. Will find somewhere else next time where I'm made welcome. Weird people.
