Very friendly
Location and great airport transfer
Close to airport and shuttle service was great
Room was quite small and hot and had to leave room to find WiFi
Paying for car park
Gokd location
Nothing
The parking should be included in the price for your stay.
Receptionists were kind , polite and professional.
Accommodation was neat and comfortable.
Atmosphere was just absolutely conducive.
Nil of note.
The room and ensuite were about what one would expect at the cost price point. Clean bedding and towels, but mildew on the shower curtain. Very firm, bouncy bed. Windows opened much wider than would be safe for small children, but was delightful for us as it was a very warm evening. If we had been flying out of Gatwick the hotel had frequent shuttles which is a nice option if needed.
As much as I enjoyed the breeze from opening the windows, we had to keep them closed for most of our short stay as the staff seemingly took their smoke breaks right under our windows. As non-smokers, this was absolutely revolting.
Good location
Very basic facilities. No plugs in the room, it was very hot and wasn’t provided fan or was no air conditioning.
Main shower was broken
The receptionist chose a room downstairs that had noise and inattention and did not see proactivity at the reception.

Great option for an early flight. Friendly efficient staff. Theres a transfer service to and from the airport with a relatively modest cost. You can just phone up to arrange it.
Nothing
Very helpful and considerate staff in the day.
The room was very clean, bed comfortable and tea and coffee facilities handy.
WiFi available.
Transport to and from the hotel available at a small charge by thr hotel. Though if you research there is a bus stop infront of thr hotel so could be cheaper.
Night porter in the morning could do with a smile.
