Highly recommend the hotel, rooms are neat and quiet. Check in took a minute. Super helpful staff and kind. And the free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes!
The food in the Turkish restaurant was really good in the evening 😋 👌
I couldn't sleep at all .
Hotel doesn’t serve breakfast
A hotel that caters for people flying out of Gatwick should have carpet not floor tiles in the corridors. I was woken constantly from 3.45 onwards by people leaving wheeling their suitcases along the corridor making an horrendous racket.
Great so close Gatwicks north terminal
Nothing
Breakfast was offered when we booked, but we were told breakfast wouldn’t be served the following morning
Breakfast when we were driving on a long journey home
everything was great , nice clean and comfortable staff were lovely
Close to airport and easy to arrange shuttle.
Bright lights on the street/ car park which the curtains didn’t block out.
The location is superb, and shuttle to the airport is good
No air-condition, all stuffy
Dirty/Old kettle for tea with rust inside
Our room was a block down the side of the building , The sun had been shining through the windows all day on a very hot day so the room was like an oven . We opened the windows and constantly got the smell of someone smoking a joint !
Clean , helpful staff
It was all men from Georgia and they talk to me like crap. I booked van and because I had 3 bags they left me to hire a taxi. Nasty attitudes. They seem frightening
None of it
Nothing it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We could not fault the airport transfer service though.
As soon as opened the door there were marks and stains on the carpet and crumbs. Room smelt funny. And the bathroom looked like Pooh stains up the side. Bed rock hard with horrible scratch blanket. I actually slept in clothes
The hotel shuttle to airport is very useful, we used to hotel to park our car there for the duration of our holiday.
Slightly outdated, some of the staff are rude.
