Very convenient for an early morning flight from Gatwick airport
Pros:

The room was good and the bed very comfortable. I found my room very quiet and the hotel is within easy access of Gatwick Airport.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because I read in the reviews that the shuttle service was free. I did message the hotel before arriving requesting the shuttle service and no one told me that there would be a cost involved. However when I checked in, I was asked to pay for the shuttle service. I also checked the section Travellers asking and many people asked about the shuttle service, but I could not find any mention of a price for the shuttle service. The bathroom was very good but there was no space to put any toiletries and nowhere to put shampoo & conditioner when showering.

Not so good!
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Asked for a quiet room but a terrible noise was coming from next door every time they openned taps, used the toilet or shower. That is a problem that must have been complained about before. Had to search for ear plugs which luckily I found but not for ages and had to be up at 06.00am.

Direction to the pick up point could be clearer Ie: follow signs to coach and bus stops as opposed to just bus stops which led me to the wrong place

Cons:

The floor could have been hovered a lot better, I picked up quite a bit with my hand and put it in the bin, I would have liked a black out blind as the curtains did not quite cover the window

Pros:

Highly recommend the hotel, rooms are neat and quiet. Check in took a minute. Super helpful staff and kind. And the free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes!
