High comfort with a personal touch
Pros:

The hotel offers facilities typical of a very good hotel of international standard. What sets it apart are two features: first, the dedicated staff who offer world class service with a personal touch; one feels truly welcomed. Second, the amazing breakfast with changing Indonesian dishes every day. I also liked the location inside Pondok Indah Mall. Lots of shops and restaurants at hand, easy public transport available. Perfect location if you have business or friends in South Jakarta. I will happily return at my next visit to Jakarta.

Cons:

Some of the electrical outlets in the rooms are bit wobbly, but that is a really minor thing.

Wonderful stay at Intercontinental Hotel PI
Pros:

Wonderful stay in Intercontinental Hotel PIM. The entire service was truly satisfying, thanks to Lili & Ulya for the birthday cake and also Eric & Jasmine from Guest Relation Team. They prepare birthday greetings and decorations in my room.

Room and the bathroom very large. Location very perfect !

Definitely will be back here again.

Best hotel!!!
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spotless. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and had lovely decor. Perfect location, amazing breakfast, and the comfiest bed ever. Couldn't have asked for more!
