International 5 star branded hotel fails spectacularly.
Pros:

The site appeared newish.

Cons:

The staff and service level was appalling, so bad that I changed hotels.
Left on hold for over 15mins when phoning reception, luggage and personal belongings, delivered to room required follow up. The drinking of alcohol in hotel bar was only permitted when drinks were disguised or hidden.
