Hotel TATO

Didn’t have towels, small refrigerator, broken not working. Our cheese was spoiled no toilet paper no Air Conditioning and the location was very hard to find we hadto get a taxi to follow to find the place. It was hidden somewhere.

Had a good stay at hotel TATO. The staff were all brilliant and helpful. The location is good for Tbilisi. Right next to the big church, and a 20 min walk from old town area. The breakfast is good, and the views from the terrace and rooftop are excellent. The only issue I had is that my bathtub leaked, and this caused a smell. The light from the hallway also shone through to the room all night, which made it a little harder to sleep

No shower head. No heating . air condition is nor working. Good breakfast and servicr

The first room had a big damp area under the window and it smelled foul. I had to ask the reception to give me another room. I let the very next morning because the bathroom had mold and I am allergic to it. There was no customer service agent on duty so I couldn't get a refund for the rest of the days. I don't understand who gives this place great ratings. It looked like they haven't discovered that humanity has invented bathroom cleaning supplies. Very disappointed.

My wife and I arrived quite late. We were very tired after a long journey and the heat. At the reception we were told that there was no air conditioning in the room. There were no other rooms left. The regular fan was terribly noisy all night. It's good that we were tired and were able to fall asleep quickly.

While taking a shower, the water spreads almost all over the bathroom, the foot towel is soaking wet. Plus, the tap did not close and water was constantly dripping.

There is practically no light in the room. A small window with bars, looks more like a prison than an attractive room for visiting the city.

There is no parking nearby either, the hotel is located in the private sector, so if you arrive by car, be prepared to walk.

Благодаря гостинице TATO мое путешествие стало еще более приятным и комфортным. Буду рекомендовать это место всем своим друзьям и коллегам!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast provided in the morning was always delicious, everything was clean and well maintained and the wifi was very reliable. If i ever come back to tbilisi i would be sure to book the same hotel. The roof has one of the best views of tbilisi. Staff could speak english and russian fluently. Also an easy walk away from both old town and nearby grocery stores.

Worst hotel and property. Could not locate hotel. Staff was not helpful. Rooms filthy. Worst worst

Room was clean and comfortable. Affordable Pice, Tasty Breakfast. Close with Fruit Market and 21 mins walk to Mother of Georgia.

Amazing view of Mtatsminda and the church. The interior of the hotel is decorated with a certain charm that can’t be found just anywhere you stay. The highlight is definitely the fourth floor seating area which also has a cafe. Great price with close proximity to both the airport and major parts of Tbilisi!

Value for money.... good breakfast ...friendly and responsible staff... recommended hotel for budget travellers....

It’s a beautiful hotel with very friendly management

My room looked nothing like the pictures. I was told by one member of staff I could check out at 2pm and then someone knocked on my door and told me that I had to be out by midday.

Maybe just confusion but, it wasn’t what I needed at the time. After that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just a shame that it was not as I had expected from the pictures.
