Ant infestation
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were friendly. Pool area was ok except smaller than expected plus limited shade. Could do with some umbrellas. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We had a family room which was sadly very disappointing. We were on the top floor with the eaves creating a very low ceiling in lots of areas. We lost count how many times we hit our heads. We came home the first night and the room had an ant infestation. They were everywhere. In the bathroom crawling over our toothbrushes, daughters wall and bed we spent the next hour cleaning them up. For the extremely high price we paid this was absolutely revolting.

Great pool, great location, relaxing atmosphere, very clean and pillows and bed were so soft and comfortable.
Pros:

The property was set in the centre of the old town close to Diocletian’s Palace, plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helped with anything you needed.

Cons:

The rooms are smaller than expected.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a great location right next to old town
Pros:

Great accomodation and very accomodating hosts that were able to help with any questions we had. Pool is great and the provided sunscreen is a great addition.

Cons:

Wifi coverage was a concern and would have preferred a Buffett breakfast versus à la carte

The location is really good. The team is very friendly and helpful, especially Megie, who was always kind and supportive.

Cons:

The breakfast is not served on the hotel premises. It is served at a nice bistro not far away, but the options are limited.

Super hotel, lovely room, great staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very central. The pool area is lovely. Staff polite and attentive. Room was nice.

Cons:

Steep steps to access property as it’s in the old town. We didn’t find it a problem but some may.

Tranquil retreat in the heart of Split, a wonderful historic town with so much to do and see
Pros:

Loved the central location, hidden away in the alleyway. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was off site on the Riva. The pool area was a welcome cool retreat after walking around town.

Cons:

We didn’t have an exterior window in our room as we booked late and got the last one which opened onto the reception area. The hotel was a little hard to find, tucked away in the alleyways and not much signage.

Pros:

Location amazing beautiful
Hotel .

Cons:

We are in our mid 60’s with luggage and we were allocated rooms at the very top
Of the hotel 4 steep flights of stairs very challenging. Maybe this should be considered .

Perfect for what I needed, friendly front desk service
Pros:

Centrally located, nice pool, great service from the front desk, clean, nicely decorated room, easy to find

Cons:

It was a little noisy with other guests coming in and out overnight/early in the morning but the room being right next to the pool made up for that!
