Stressig.
Pros:

Schönes Haus, komfortable Zimmer, schöner Poolbereich.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wirbt im Buchungssystem mit Parkplätzen und Parkhaus, wurde sogar im Begrüßung E-Mail noch mal extra so beschrieben. Letztendlich habe ich dann illegal auf dem Gehweg geparkt und bin in der Mittagshitze mit Gepäck 15 Minuten das Hotel suchen gegangen.
Was an sich gar nicht geht:
Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel, obwohl es so gebucht wurde. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Restaurant, das circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt. Dann hätte ich mir auch ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück buchen können und mir das Restaurant selber aussuchen.

Disappointing hotel trying to charge us more that 100 euros per night to sleep in a window-less room
Cons:

Upon arrival, they tried to put us in a room without windows (just an opening on they kitchen room) which would match the description of a cave more that the description of a hotel bedroom.

We had to refuse and find another hotel offering rooms with ... windows.

Lovely relaxing property
Pros:

Lovely property, well presented and with pool area. Easy to walk to promenade and old town.

Cons:

Our room, was just off reception area, not the room I paid for. In hindsight was mixed up on check in. I am sure there are lovely rooms on higher levels, perhaps with views too, as I had expected.

Bon emplacement pour une nuit pour une visite du centre de Split

Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité
L’emplacement pour une nuit au centre de Split est agréable

Cons:

Il n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce que le petit déjeuner doit être pris dans une brasserie de la Riva à 5 /10 minutes de l’hôtel
Le parking que l’hôtel propose est le parking public d’à côté, non précisé également au même prix.
De plus nous étions au deuxième étage sans ascenseur avec une cage d’escalier très étroite
Pas pratique du tout avec des bagages et inaccessible pour certaines personnes, ça non plus ce n’est pas précisé

Pros:

Property is in a good position , slightly away from the main port but easily within walking distance. We were in the loft apartment and it was very spacious having two rooms.
Pool and outlook is very good.

Cons:

As we were in the loft the luggage up the stairs was an effort given the stairs are quite steep.

Pros:

Location is great. The room is pretty clean. Wifi connection is alright. The reception is very friendly and nice.

Cons:

They used too many perfume for the entire hotel and inside the room. So Í needed to open all the windows to dampen the smell.

Pros:

It’s quant and in a good location

Cons:

We were a group of 8 in 4 rooms and the rooms were very different in terms size, aspect and comfort and privacy.

Un hermoso hotel de valor historico, bien ubicado y bien cuidado
Pros:

La ubicacion muy buena ya que estaba en una zona muy linda y cerca del centro. Mi habtacion estaba como en un segundo piso por escalera pero es entendible conforma son las construcciones en ese sector de la ciudad y tenia una vista al mar muy linda

Cons:

no siempre habia alguien recepcion y con la misma llave podria abrir la puerta del edificio y la de mi habitacion, por lo que estimo que con esa llave se podria abriri todas las habitaciones y sacaria la alfombra de la habitacion. Solo consumimos una coca y no squisieron cobrar otros consumos que no habiamos hecho del frigobar pero se soluciono enseguida
