El desayuno no es hasta la hora que lo programan, todo se acaba y no lo reponen ojooo muchos clientes nos quedamos sin huevos y queso y muchos no puderon desayunar, lo comienzan a recoger mucho antes de la hora programada

Descanso agradable, buen desayuno, amable atención de su personal y lejanía del transporte masivo.
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico, obviamente tenia que tener cosas mexicanas, pero para lo que no nos gusta, la variedad faltó.
Las instalaciones del hotel son contemporaneas, en buen estado. Diseño agradable en zona de comedor y recepción.
La gente muy amable toda.

Cons:

No tenia casilla de seguridad en la habitación, tocaba bajar a recepción a hacerlo cada vez que requeriamos algo.
El sector no tiene mucho que hacer y la conexion con el transporte masivo (metro, tren, etc) no está cercana.

Bonita atención, comodas instalaciones.
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, le falta variedad para los extranjeros. Personal muy amable. Decoracion del mundial.

Cons:

Falta caja de seguridad en cada habitacion.
Este utimo dia en mexico nos ubicaron en una habitacion mas pequeña diseñada para personas con movilidad reducida. Era incomodo el baño (ducha) para personas convencionales.
Lejania del transporte publico masivo. Podrian pensar en ofrecer un servicio de conexion con el transporte masivo, para no usar el Uber todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan grande como CDMC
