The worst check in that i did in my whole life
Pros:

The apartment is very nice and well-equipped — it has everything you need.

Cons:

One of the worst check-ins I’ve ever had. Payment is cash only or bank transfer to a personal account, apparently to avoid paying commission, which felt unprofessional. Communication was difficult because the staff member’s English was very limited. Also, the location shown on Booking is not accurate.
At night, it honestly sounded like they were killing chickens — really strange animal noises that were unsettling.

Il personale gentile. La struttura vecchia e non pulitissima.Non come da foto.

Cons:

Le lenzuola non sembravano pulitissime. L’aria condizionata non funzionava, il televisore con il cavo rotto e il bagno con il lavandino esterno, in camera.

The place was comfortable, clean, and nicely organized. It felt very secure, and the quiet alley location meant no cars passed by, making it peaceful. It was also easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, which was convenient for exploring Hanoi. It has TV, refrigerator, microwave, stove, washing machine, sofa, coffee table, dining table.

Cons:

There was no visible sign for the hotel, and the building number is 57, making it sometimes confusing to find. You need to remember two different addresses: one for taxis (37/35 Cat Linh) and another for food delivery (57/35 Cat Linh). Only cash is accepted, which was a bit inconvenient. The security guard manages the building and you enter through the garage, which may feel unusual for some guests.
