The location was in a nice little town with plenty of places to eat and prime location for any of the fun hikes.
For free breakfast all they had was the make it your own waffles, a limited choices of pastries if you could actually get one (other guest kept coming back up and jumping the line after they already had multiple trips up) and thankfully coffee / juices.
When I think of complimentary breakfast I think:
• Hot items: Scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, or home fries.
• Cold items: Cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and milk.
• Baked goods: Bagels, muffins, pastries, or toast.
• Make-your-own stations: Belgian waffle makers or pancake machines.
• Beverages: Coffee, tea, juice, and water.

- I was even in Europe for 4 years; the hotels, motels, and Gasthaus always had meat and cheese slices, eggs... (European Breakfast)
* If you like to enjoy small town businesses there is a nice bakery around the corner or they have MCDONALDS...
Room was clean and comfortable with all of the standard amenities. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and tub were clean. The porch off of the room had a great view of the surrounding mountains. The Mount Washington Auto Road is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel.
The only negative thing I can say is that the price could have been a little lower, but the hotel is a great value relative to the other hotels in the area.
The view
We arrived at 845 and they had rented out room out to another guest. They Canceled our reservation and re rented us another room at a higher rate. Mind you 9:00 and had been driving all day. Told us it wasnt our fault. Refused to honor our Booking agreement. Spoke to management in the morning and did not do right by us. Beware!
It was located between two amusement parks we wanted to bring our children to.
It was not clean at all. Also, the check in procedure was a chaotic mess - the employee gave our room to a guest whose ID hadn’t been checked, so when I went to check in I was told I had already checked in. Due to this, I had to take a room in the other building with a toddler and a baby and no way to get to the room without taking two flights of stairs. The employee was apologetic, but I felt like I should have been compensated for the inconvenience, especially since the guest my room had been given to hadn’t paid and was literally in the room under my credit card on file. Any damages would have been my responsibility had I not ensured my information was taken off their stay.
Room was big, pool clean, friendly staff.
Low toilet, not the standard 18 , more like 12 hard to get off of for a person who has knee issues or very tall. Coffee pot in room was broken. Materess need to be replaced.

Shower had high tub walls hard to get into.i didnt care for hand held shower head ,awkward position.if breakfast gets busy its a long process.had two options bagels or waffle waiting for a turn at the two stations.
Super hôtel 2ieme visite a cet hôtel pour nous la seule chose qui nous a deçu est la piscine et le spa ,l'eau était très sale dans le spa et très très froide dans la piscine on a pas été capable de l'utilisé a comparer en 2022 ou tout avait été parfait malgré tout nous y retournerons quand même
Location was good.
Pool was not great and hot tub was dirty. No elevator so had to carry luggage with two young kids ip the stairs. Breakfast was mediocre.
Staff were kind and very helpful. As a solo traveler I felt safe.
Beds were a bit hard.
