Canceled reservation
Pros:

The view

Cons:

We arrived at 845 and they had rented out room out to another guest. They Canceled our reservation and re rented us another room at a higher rate. Mind you 9:00 and had been driving all day. Told us it wasnt our fault. Refused to honor our Booking agreement. Spoke to management in the morning and did not do right by us. Beware!

It was located between two amusement parks we wanted to bring our children to.

Cons:

It was not clean at all. Also, the check in procedure was a chaotic mess - the employee gave our room to a guest whose ID hadn’t been checked, so when I went to check in I was told I had already checked in. Due to this, I had to take a room in the other building with a toddler and a baby and no way to get to the room without taking two flights of stairs. The employee was apologetic, but I felt like I should have been compensated for the inconvenience, especially since the guest my room had been given to hadn’t paid and was literally in the room under my credit card on file. Any damages would have been my responsibility had I not ensured my information was taken off their stay.

Cons:

Low toilet, not the standard 18 , more like 12 hard to get off of for a person who has knee issues or very tall. Coffee pot in room was broken. Materess need to be replaced.

If youre looking for a place to sleep and dont care about some comforts go for it.
Pros:

Easy to get to.spacious room.

Cons:

Shower had high tub walls hard to get into.i didnt care for hand held shower head ,awkward position.if breakfast gets busy its a long process.had two options bagels or waffle waiting for a turn at the two stations.

Location was good.

Cons:

Pool was not great and hot tub was dirty. No elevator so had to carry luggage with two young kids ip the stairs. Breakfast was mediocre.

Cheap and decent

Cons:

Hard to find because rooms had same numbers from inside and outside there was never any decent breakfast left if you waited longer than like an hour and a half after breakfast started so so much for free breakfast cause there really wasn't much of anything to choose from if you didn't go right away. We had a wet spot on the floor in front of our bed no idea where it came from but it was there the whole time we were there weren't sure what's going on with that.
