Cons:

Considero que no estaba tan limpia la habitación, no olía bien cuando entramos y la ropa de cama tampoco tenía olor a limpio. No tenía shampoo el dispensador, la habitación la reservé para tres personas y solo había dos toallas.

Pros:

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, muy cerca al TEC de Monterrey. Hay varios lugares cerca donde almorzar o cenar. El desayuno es variado y nutritivo. Tenemos acceso a la torre de lavadora secadora de manera gratuita. Limpian la habitación todos los días. El espacio del cuarto es suficiente. La vista hacia la montaña me pareció espectacular. Tiene Black out y perfiles en las ventanas, lo cual ayuda a que la habitación se oscuresca bastante y se pueda dormir mejor.

Cons:

Considero que el aseo del punto del agua y zona donde se sirve el desayuno debería mejorar. Respecto a la habitación, a veces hace falta una ventana que se pueda abrir, porque la que está no se puede abrir. El TV es antiguo y no funciona para apps como Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc.
