If you’re looking for convenient then ok if you’re lookingfir comfert then its a big no.
Pros:

The only thing good about it was the location. Close to areas where you want to be and walk distance from shops like restaurant, oxxo, gym, cafe, ects.

Cons:

Staff were a bit unfriendly at the front desk only from what I’ve experienced. Housekeeping was disappointing as they don’t clean the room probably and they leave the same towels that were used by us which is wet and they just hanging them.

Hotel cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado si visitas el Tec. Desayuno básico pero completo. La vista desde la habitación me encanto. Ël personal muy amable,

si bien el elevador frente al lobby es del centro comercial, estaba muy sucio toto el tiempo, al ser la entrada ppal del hotel pueden colaborar con eso porque da muy mala impresion, estaba vomitado y no lo pudimos usar al salir y bajamos las escaleras con las maletas.
