Pros:

É um hotel muito simples e antigo, mas os preço é condizente e é bem limpinho. O dono atende super bem no whatsApp

Cons:

Do problema que tivemos no estacionamento e tem muita gente de noite bebendo na portaria, hóspedes mesmo e isso foi ruim. Mas não incomodou em nada. Só na primeira impressão dá uma sensação de insegurança.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos; Localização no Centro muito boa; Quarto confortável para 1 pessoa.

As instalações do prédio demonstram muito desgaste e o barulho da rua é muito alto já pela manhã, o que dificulta o sono.

Ar-condicionado ficou faltando, devido ao uso do ventilador precisa ficar com a janela aberta, som da rua principalmente ônibus não deixa dormir adequadamente.

Foi bom, não vou dizer que foi ruim só por um detalhe que talvez já tenha sido até feito.
Pros:

Tudo estáva bom, para ser ótimo só falta a limpeza e dos ventiladores que estavam muito sujos.
De resto foi uma experiência muito boa.
Equipe atenciosa.
Local limpo e organizado.

Quarto com paredes sujas, interruptor de luz encardido, lençol manchado, toalha rasgada e lixeira sem sacola. O local em si passa um aspecto de sujeira. Não parecem realizar serviço de quarto.
