Pros:

朝食はパンだけで物足りなさがありました。

リーズナブル、朝食のパンは混むけど美味しい。
Pros:

駅前の立地条件、駐車場も比較的近くにあり、利用しやすかった。周りに飲食店などたくさんあり困ることない。

Cons:

部屋に椅子は、1つだったので、ソファがないのであれば椅子が欲しかった。テレビまでの距離があったので。
あと荷物などが置ける台があれば尚良かった。折りたたみ式とかでも構わないので、あると便利。
朝食のパンのトースター、朝だけでも電子レンジを撤去して、トースターを追加して欲しい。回転早くなるはずです。

お値段ならではの快適度

「良かった点」
駅から徒歩約3分の好アクセス。
近所にセイコーマート(0:00閉店)。
部屋の窓を開けて換気できる。
お手頃価格。
「残念な点」
エレベーター、フロント、宿泊フロア(禁煙ルーム)いずれもやや煙草臭含め古臭い匂いがする。
窓を開けたら煙草の匂いが入ってきた。
冷蔵庫、エアコンから頻繁に異音がする。
ドア開閉音、廊下をキャリーケース引き摺る音、話し声、とてもよく聞こえる。

総合的には、お値段に見合ったホテルでした。
清潔なベッドで寝れたらいいやというスタンスなので問題なしです。

布団が薄く、2連泊だと肩や腰が痛かったです。また、掃除をしない場合、タオルやコップなども効果されないのは正直ガッカリしました。

防音が皆無。
Pros:

廊下と部屋の防音が皆無で、ドアの開閉音、歩く音、咳払い、早朝おじさん同士の挨拶、びっくりして複数回目が覚め、不快で仕方なかった。
もちろん宿泊客が騒いだり大きな音をたてた訳ではなく建物の問題。

使いすてスリッパが汚く一度使ったものだった。
コロナ対策だよ言って、エコを勧められた、コロナとエコの関係がわからない。
