Bathroom and shower place could be better.

Now that I think of it. It was a little confusing getting into the building and we arrived in the morning but eventually we got buzzed in and there was a person at reception. It would be great to give a heads up to arriving guest that they have to have a code or some way to get into the building especially if they arrive off hours. The also could use a little clearer instructions on the microwave/oven contraption. We just were not sure what it was and there was no pan to bake or set inside. We were trying to make a pizza.

Lots of homeless guys drinking alcohol and doing illegal drugs day and night right at the entrance of the property. In one instance, a homeless was litteraly reliefing himself by the wall. Unreal. My children were so terrified going in and out of the main entrance. I asked the front desk agent if we can cancel and leave, she said no, and that she always calls the police on these homeIess and they never show up because they cant do nothing. I asked for manager, she said there is no manager here and then there is nothing she can do for us. She was so rude and impolite. Terrible guest service. My family and I were basically trapped and held hostage stuck at this facility for our three night day.
The room itself was not comfortable at all. The beds were so hard that we woke up beaten, the pillows were so old, the towels were so small and old. No comforters, no blankets. Only one shampoo and shower gel. And they said they will not give us new ones. The shower would go either hot or cold and would literally burn you from going cold just super hot in a split second. I complained about the valves, and they said they will send someone to check, they never sent anyone.
This property posts itself as a hotel, but it is not. It’s a horrible Airbnb operation designed to suck people money and give them nothing back. We paid more for this facility then a hotel we could have had in a better location, with better staff and better service.
Please stay away from this place. They totally ruined our trip in Madrid. Yet we paid them a lot of money. I will be posting pictures of the homeless and the deteriorating apartment online.
When I also asked again to speak to the manager, I was told the manager is at home and does not have time to come meet with us. Worst accommodation stay in our entire life. We also contacted the Booking to help us, we received no help either from Booking. The property was so quick to write an email back to Booking lying to them about our claim and complaint.

On Saturday night, the noise from the street was terrible. A lot of loud and rowdy youth, police cars and sirens throughout the night and car horns beeping. If you are sensitive to noise, or a light sleeper I would suggest not staying at this location on a Saturday night.

숙소 문 앞쪽의 일대가 다소 후미진 느낌이 많고 어둡고 외진 골목을 통과해야만 숙소가 위치합니다. 출입 시 주변을 살펴야하며 부랑자로 보이는 이들이 어슬렁거리며 소매치기 등을 3번이나 하루에 시도 당해 우리 가족이 크게 놀랐습니다. 한국인 가이드와 진행되는 세고비아 톨레도 단체 일일투어를 하였는데, 한국인 가이드 말이 숙소 앞쪽이 스페인으로 온 이주민들이 거주하는 지역이라고 하며 솔광장으로부터 더 위쪽 번화가 쪽이 훨씬 더 안전하다고 하였습니다.
