10 e lode a tutto lo staff in particolar modo al sig. Felice che dopo una nostra richiesta ci ha accontentati in maniera ottima ... 4 stelle per l'hotel assolutamente no, forse 3 stelle ma tiratissime ...la struttura ha comunque bisogno di manutenzione e di ammodernamento, evito foto e dettagli ..(soprattutto fili corrente, aria condizionata (!!) , bagno e terrazza 5 piano ... !) Grazie al signor Felice abbiamo avuto la camera al 5 piano con vista su Giardini e taormina che ci ha fatto dimenticare tutto il resto ... colazione discreta ma consiglio l'inserimento di prodotti siciliani e una maggior cura nel dettaglio ... gentilissime le signore sia delle colazioni che della pulizie ....

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Pros:

Super Lage des Hotels mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon auf Taormina. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

An einigen Tagen spielt die Strandbar nebenan sehr laut und sehr lange Musik.

la pulizia è senz'altro ottima... ma occhio a guardare sotto il letto... e pensare che basterebbe così poco...
Inoltre il letto non è matrimoniale ma 2 letti uniti... un po' scomodo per quanto i materassi siano molto comodi...

Personál bol milý, ochotný a ústretový. Bazén bol fajn. Izba bola priestranná a čistá (mali sme apartmán hneď vedľa bazéna, neviem, ako vyzerajú ostatné izby). Ceny v bare boli prijateľné. Poloha hotela super. Dostupnosť obchodov, lekární a reštaurácií

Hluk v noci z dikotéky pred hotelom. Raňajky na naše pomery v 4* hoteloch skromné. Takmer žiadne miesto na pláži mimo platených lehátok
