We stopped at the dolphin hotel it was nice and quiet the bedroom was large and clean and we couldn't knock the location if we ever went back to great Yarmouth we would stay again
We booked the villa rose only to be told they were having work done at their hotel. They then told us we were going to the dolphin hotel only to get a call back saying we were going to be staying at the Carlton hotel as an upgrade but when we got to the carlton hotel we were told we were staying at the dolphin hotel .
Didn't get to go into hotel as closed down. Custom house said company dissolved 2023
Do not book here ! They take your booking, they take your money AND THEY RE NOT EVEN OPEN !!!! I got an email to say entry detailsbwill be sent as self check in to then get an email saying they are closed for renovation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY

I looked at the reviews, so on Thurs l took a look for myself and was shocked.It certainly didn't look like a running guest house and as my young grandchildren start it looked like a haunted house and they were terrified to go in. I did call the customer service helpline to explain and they said there's nothing you all could do about it, l was absolute shocked. The whole issue completely messed up the end of my holiday, l am totally unsatisfied.
I am completed disappointed in this stay. Now can not get any contact for a refund.

What I didn't like was u changed us to the dolphin hotel.
Which was the worst hotel I ever stayed in no person at reception had to go to another hotel to get the entry pass to get in which broke on our third day, No bar No service . The hotel itself was falling apart the rooms were crap (if u want photos I can send). Glass doors and windows smashed. I could keep going but what's the point I'm getting more annoyed the more I keep thinking about it.
Hotel was closed when we got to it my friend was crying so we had to stay somewhere and we won't go near it again very poor from the outside very disappointed with everything
I booked on booking .com and when I arrived we called the number and after 2 hours still no key number to get and and no refund either

I am still waiting for my refund as we didn’t get to stay in this hovel of a hotel. Police will be noted again and I will post this on every media forum I can. Booking.com couldn’t be more than less helpful

The place was closed had to sleep on the street the place is closed the phone number does not exist its a building site took my money and others on the street also place needs reporting to police and booking. Com want my money back as I got nothing in return
I didn't stay here as OYO cancelled our stay.
I am still waiting for a FULL REFUND And have been requesting this for 1 months now, with no joy. I will NOT be booking with OYO ever again

I've been asked to leave a review but I didn't actually stay this hotel, I booked it and about ten minutes later I had a missed call while at work, attempted to listen to the voicemail but it was a pretty poor quality message but I managed to make out "villa rose room you have booked isn't available as the property is being renovated we have moved your booking to....." Couldn't make out the hotel name, no email to confirm the new hotel, directions nothing. Called the number back and they took forever to even find my booking and when requested they send me the hotel details via email i was told they couldn't send me a confirmation, told the person on the call that I will need the information in writing so I have it to refer to when travelling. I did receive an email in the end. And then to the hotel we were moved to, for the money I paid was not expecting much, never do when booking cheap but took a bath after a day of travelling and then went out, we were in the arcades for 3 hours and when we got back there was still an inch of the bath water draining through, shower the following morning turned into a bath for my feet. Awful drainage and our room was the first in the corridor and the door that opens to go down that hallway just slams constantly. But like I said that's not this hotel because I booked here but got put there so this one may actually be better
Unable to get into the property. The hotel closed down a while ago but continues to fleece money from unsuspecting customers
