Highly recommended!
Pros:

Highly recommend - this place is in a new development/building! it is well decorated, has larger than usual bed size (almost a king size), the shower and bathroom area is huge and unlike many accommodations in koh samui, the shower and the toilet do have a small wall separating them. It is super clean, more than enough space and a massive floor to ceiling window that leads to the balcony. it also has a fully stocked kitchen that we didn't use. the locatio is great, it is across the road from a pharmacy and a family mart and if you walk just a few minutes there are a row of 4-5 restaurants including Rinos that has great Italian (in case you get tired of delicious thai food)

only areas to consider are:
1. close to a noisy and busy road - we blocked out the noise after the first night
2. no plug ins in the bathroom

Pros:

Отель абсолютно нормальный. До пляжа пешком 1 минута. В номере есть микроволновка и чайник. Выходит окнами на шумную улицу, купили беруши и все стало чудесно. В начале отдыха были комары, после тайфуна пропали. Персонал великолепный! Со всем поможет, все подскажет. Далеко от тусовки, если она нужна. Пешком минут 30, либо тук-тук за 50-100 батт. Нас устроило все. Вернёмся обратно с удовольствием!!!
