It was pleasant but the hotel can improve their hospitality, to make one's stay memorable.
Pros:

I was able to park my car, didn't have any trouble. Dinner was via room service & was quite good - delicious & good portions. Room was spacious, clean.

Cons:

I was the first person to arrive for breakfast when they started at 7 am. Even though it was early, it is expected that a guest should be taken care of, but: The fan/AC was not on in the hall. There was only one person around, and i saw him prepare my egg order (I could see thru the glass into the kitchen), while the chefs were drinking tea & standing on the side. My scrambled eggs were more like soup, but i was in a hurry so i didn't say anything. When i asked for Cappuccino i was told the machine is downstairs and i was served some other coffee which was so-so. It took some time to get all this.
Another thing i didn't like - my dinner dishes were still on the floor outside my room when i came back there at around 8 am the next morning.

Poor at the property. Construction work very disturbing. Stubborn staff. Need a-lesson or two.
Pros:

Bad experience primarily because of the behaviour of staff in particular receptionist

Cons:

Stubborn staff. Unaccomodative.
