Pros:

Rooms that I've received confirmation from Expedia was not available at the point of check in. Hotel staff claimed that they were not informed by Expedia. We were asked to book another hotel when we attempted to check in during the evening at first. Fortunately, there was a cabin that was not in the main building that was available to accommodate us for the night within the property. We were transferred to another room the next day but they weren't the rooms that we booked via Expedia. Very disappointing experience with Expedia.

Pros:

The view was extraordinary. The hotel was super beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly but not very good at English, lucky for me my gf is thai. Missing bathrobe and extra pillow. Maybe a few extra towels.

They upgraded me to a bigger room. And the view was magnificent. The breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and they speak basic English.

Pros:

Awesome view. Love this place. You get to see the sea of clouds in the morning and sunset in the evening.its one of the best holiday I had. Will definitely be back. This hotel has very basic needs but when you request for some items, they will never fail to deliver. Excellent service.
