Pros:

房间非常有魔力，装饰的每一个细节都流露出独特与用心。古色古香的石头建筑极具氛围感，绝佳的地理位置和绝美的露台景观真的太值了！

老板特别热情好客，聊天非常愉快。Sem也同样棒极了，既友善又体贴，他们给出的当地旅游建议简直太完美了，让我们的行程体验感加倍！ 此外，这里的早餐绝对是我们整个土耳其之行中吃过最棒的。感谢让我们拥有如此完美的住宿体验！

Our stay at Wings Cappadocia Hotel was a very good experience. First of all, it has a perfect location and very intelligent staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hakan. With his recommendations, we had an unbelievable trip in Cappadocia. He gave us the right recommendations to explore all of Cappadocia. The hot air balloons, horse riding, ATV tour, underground city, and the Green and Red tours were amazing. Incredible breakfast! Good job. I highly recommend it to all of my friends. Cappadocia is definitely worth seeing

Pros:

Это было фантастическое пребывание! Всем членам нашей семьи очень понравились расположение и сам отель. Весь персонал был невероятно внимательным, дружелюбным и всегда готов помочь. Команда оперативно выполняла все наши просьбы и помогала с организацией экскурсий. Завтраки были просто восхитительными!
Атмосфера в отеле была тёплой, уютной и по-домашнему комфортной. Мы особенно оценили полезные советы по путешествию, которые нам давали сотрудники.

Отель расположен в очень красивом месте с великолепным видом на долину, окружённую сказочными дымоходами (fairy chimneys) и пещерными образованиями.

Нам настолько понравилось время, проведённое в Каппадокии, что хотелось бы остаться здесь подольше. Искренне рекомендуем этот отель!

Ужасный опыт. Номер с запахом канализации и чёрной плесенью, деньги не вернули

Мы забронировали этот отель из-за высокого рейтинга, но реальность оказалась совершенно другой.

После заселения мы оставили чемоданы в номере и ушли гулять. Когда вернулись, в номере был сильный неприятный запах канализации. Мы открыли окно и пытались проветрить номер около двух часов, но запах никуда не исчез. В номере было невозможно находиться, дышать и тем более спать.

Когда мы начали искать источник запаха, обнаружили большое пятно чёрной плесени почти на всю стену. Также в номере были большие щели в окнах. Фотографии прилагаю.

Мы обратились к сотруднику отеля и попросили поменять номер, потому что жить в таких условиях невозможно, особенно с ребёнком. Нам ответили, что свободных номеров нет, а запах канализации якобы является «нормальной ситуацией» для отелей этого региона после дождей, и что гости просто терпят.

Мы приняли решение уехать в другой отель, не проведя в этом номере ни одной ночи. Сотрудник сказал, что деньги вернуть не может, но на следующий день владелец свяжется с Booking, чтобы решить вопрос возврата хотя бы за одну ночь.

На следующий день владелец написал мне, что возврат за одну ночь возможен только если я скажу Booking, что уехал добровольно по личным причинам. Я отказался говорить неправду, потому что мы уехали не по личным причинам, а потому что номер был непригоден для проживания из-за запаха канализации и плесени. После этого владелец заявил, что раз я не согласен на такую формулировку, он спишет оплату за все две ночи по правилам отеля.

В итоге с нас списали деньги за двое суток, хотя мы не ночевали в этом отеле ни одной ночи.

Ставлю самый низкий рейтинг, особенно из-за отношения владельца. Если вам важно здоровье ваше и ваших детей, я не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Дышать в номере с сильным запахом канализации и большой чёрной плесенью небезопасно.

Stunning Views & Personal Hospitality
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Elias handled any requests we had and coordinated our tour bookings. Breakfast was a highlight, truly delicious! The atmosphere felt personal and cozy, and we especially appreciated the excellent travel tips from Mr. Hakan! The location of the hotel was beautiful, with a great view of the valley and numerous fairy chimneys and caves all around!

Pros:

The location was beautiful and very scenic. Awesome beds and quaint atmosphere of the hotel was great. Breakfast was really nice with attentive hosts and good service.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms booked. But the rooms were on different floors. The bathroom didn't have locks. In one of the rooms, toilet and bathroom had just glass swing doors.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé le personnel très accueillant et bienveillant qui nous a donné de bons conseils et accompagné pour nos visites. La chambre suite pierre est très typique de la Cappadoce. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique et le cadre très beau 😁

Cons:

Uçhisar en hiver n’est pas très bien situé! Göreme est plus adapté mais ce n’est vrai que l’hiver.
Petit bémol pour l’odeur de la salle de bain.

Truly home away from home
Pros:

Very welcoming boutique hotel, really felt home away from home. It is tastefully decorated without feeling pretentious. Loved our rooms, and daily breakfast was way beyond expectations. Short walk to the square for restaurants and convenience stores.

Spectacular Cappadocia cave hotel with sunset view of the castle and nightly fire pit entertainment
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Wings Cappadocia- the room was large, clean, quiet , and breakfast was delicious. My favorite part of my stay at that hotel was enjoying the evening fire pit with music from the front desk staff ( and his stories ) and enjoying the very delicious green bean dish that was homemade !

Un hotel excepcional y muy auténtico!
Pros:

Una estadía espectacular! Las instalaciones increíbles, la atención excepcional, el desayuno delicioso y abundante, las recomendaciones perfectas, los cuartos preciosos, con iluminación y decoración exquisita! La vista al palacio por un lado, al valle entero por el otro, la ubicación (Uchisar, un pueblo un poco más tranquilo que Goreme y donde todo es menos turístico y más auténtico). De verdad que una de las mejores estadías que he tenido! Gracias a Hakan y a todo el personal!!
