Great place to stay. Easy and convenient to get around.

The property was compact but suited our needs perfectly. The view was AMAZING, especially at night. The location was terrific...close to either the events we went to or the trams we needed... We would definitely stay here again...

Small but clean and tidy apartment. Everything provided including good quality shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid etc (didn't provide cheap brand stuff).

My only negative comment is that the taps in the shower and hand basin are round with no handles so if your hands are wet and/or slippery with soap, it's not easy to turn the tap.

Shower temperature was not easy to control - either too hot or too cold. Round handles were quite sensitive.

Otherwise nice stay.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment however we thought we were staying at a Peppers apartment and were expecting that quality. It was a privately owned apartment with personal amenities and the bedding etc was not of Peppers quality. Probably not large enough for a family

Very enjoyable, lovely and clean, great views. I would highly recommend this place. Close to Casino, public transport and local pubs and restaurants. Also great pool and steam room.

Good clean apartment close proximity to our needs.
One towel per person for 3 days was a bit ordinary - as was only one set of keys - for two people - meant we had to coordinate coming & going - not ideal

Close to transport, food and entertainment. Exceptionally well maintained apartment and amazing views. A must stay if you're looking for accommodation in the Southbank area.

I liked the location and view of the city.
I did not like the porch was enclosed so it did not accommodate smoking a cigar and over looking the city.
Also the initial supply of 3/4 roll of a toilet paper is never sufficient. However, the response and getting more rolls to us was appreciated.

Fantastic accommodations! Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment, high end appliances, very well organized and cupboards labeled. Very thoughtful hosts, it was so lovely to see complimentary beverages and snacks upon our arrival. Cupboards were stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery, glassware, condimemts, Brita water filter, cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. Beautiful view of the city from our 36th floor and the sun room area. Great amenities, gym, sauna, steam room and outdoor area on 9th floor. There is even a library which we didn’t have a chance to check out and the lounge area was under renovation. Loved our stay and will happily return if we visit Melbourne again. Thank you, Catherine!

Beautiful apartment, vey well appointed, however we had 12 hours without water due to leaking pipes with a 4 am evacuation. I understand it could not be helped however it is very hard to operate with out water for that long.

Ioved staying on the 36th floor! the view was amazing. The property was clean and well appointed. Would have no problem staying again. Would have been better if the wheelchair lift worked.

A room in Melbourne without tram noise! Fabulous views and central for Southbank. Responsive management. Highly recommend this stay.

Great location on a high floor near the Casino and Convention Centre and Public Transport. Would recommend especially for travellers who require 2 bedroom accommodation.
