Öncelikle şunu söylemem gerekir ki Ömer bey sadece en iyi otel sahibi değil en iyi insanlardan biriydi. Rezervasyonumu yaptığım andan itibaren benimle çok ilgilendi ve her soruma sıkılmadan cevap verdi. Otel fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi ve tertemiz. Konfor, temizlik ve imkanlar konusunda verdiğiniz ücretin karşılığını alıyorsunuz diyebilirim.
Taksim Meydanı'na yakın olmasıyla konumu gayet iyi..
Kısa süreli konaklamalarınızda tercih edebileceğiniz, konumu itibariyle Taksim'e yakın olması sizin işinize çok yarayan ve sahibinin her işinize koşması ile kendinizi evinizde hissedebileceğiniz bir otel.

Ömer är världens finaste hotellvärd och jag bliv väl omhändertagen under min vistelse. Man får hemkänslan i kombinationen med hotell lyxförmåner.
Ligger väldigt centralt och nära till allra bästa att testa. Utan tviken ska jag rekommendera att i första hand välja den här hotell när du ska besöka Istanbul

Omer was an excellent host!

This place is rare gem in Istanbul, Omer was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and gave great local recommendations.

The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable, with some nice touches like a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, napkins and condiments on the table in the corner and all the essential toiletries you could need.

It is locals just outside the busy hustle and bustle but not too far from the main areas etc.

Highly recommend this accomodations, the value for money was great

Everyone doesn't like the Taksim area, and to be fair its not the best part of Istanbul, but for the location this hotel is great and offers good value and is a perfect choice if you choose to stay here. The owner Omer is very helpful and friendly, and you will be perfectly safe here.

Omers hospitality is probably thee best I've ever received, he was super helpful and very informative of things to do in Istanbul. the room was amazing with cool decorations. The only negative thing about my stay was when there were prayers from the local mosque the noise wasn't really masked from my room. Granted it does get you up early and ready to explore Istanbul so on that part I wasn't complaining.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay at Marvel Suites. We stayed for 4 days and we had a great time. Omer was helpful before we even landed by recommending the Havabus instead of the metro to get to the hotel. When we arrived later than expected, he greeted us and gave us all of the recommendations of places that we can visit. We have been to Istanbul twice and have never visited the places that he recommended. He treated us like family and was such an amazing owner! The day before we had to leave we asked if he could call us a taxi to the Havabus terminal for the morning and he told us that he would drive us instead! He wouldn't even take money and provided us with breakfast to go! I have never stayed at a hotel where the owner truly made a difference in our stay. If you visit Istanbul, you MUST stay at Marvel's Suites! You will not find a better hotel to stay at, trust me!! It is a 10 minute walk to Taksim and there are corner stores near by. The neighbourhood is so friendly and safe even if you are retuning late at night. You don't have to worry about all of the loud noises from staying directly on Taksim. I have told all of my friends and family about this hotel and it will be the number 1 recommendation for anyone going to Istanbul. He said that having happy guests is what makes him happy and that truly was such an amazing thing to say and just shows you how great Omer is. If I could give him 100/10 stars I would. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Sehr freundliche Personal, Inhaber Ömer ist sehr liebevolle Mensch, sehr hilfsbereit.Hotel liegt nahe Zentrum Taxim, zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

The Owner Mr. Omar is very much helpful & always approachable.
Property is clean, safe & staff is polite.

We came from IST Airport to Taxim Square by bus at night and were unable to get the direction though it is in the 10Minutes walking distance range. At that time Mr. Omar came personally in his private car & helped us to get in to hotel.

While roaming in the city, whenever we message or call Omar for any information, he was proactive to help. Thank you.

We extend our stay from 2 days to 5 days till weekend & he did it with same rate without charging any extra for the weekend.

This hotel was great value. Very clean (though the bleach smell in the bathroom and the perfume smell in the room were actually kind of overwhelming!), no signs of smoking (very important to us as we travelled with our baby), and nice little free breakfast in the morning. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for where to eat and how to get there, and he kept our bags for us when we arrived a few hours early (and let us into the room as soon as it was clean, even before check in time). The one problem we had was that it was loud: the call to prayer and the neighborhood cats were very audible from inside our room. Otherwise, wonderful stay, and we would come again!
