Clean room.

Everything is fine if your looking for somewhere to stay, staff are very accomodating, rooms are clean and the place is far from traffic noise, only problem is limited parking..you have to shoulder outside parking fee if they ran out of space for you to park.

One of my favorite hotel to stay near Alabang-Zapote 5 reasons: 1. Affordability 2. Rooms 3. Convenient store near entrance. 4. Near pacific rim which you can do running, biking. exercises 5. Restaurants around the areas, only down side is bit noisy in the morning like construction sounds, and the traffic which is very normal in las pinas city, Yes I will book my stay again.

Good location for easy access to shopping, airport and food. No frills accomodation but very good by Philippines standards.

Very cleaned and quiet place, you can walk around near Ayala mall and tones of restaurant surroundings

Close to the Malls, restaurants but the floor we were at the 5 th floor some of the guest
Were loud and noisy. This was for one night only .

Did a late check in at 9pm. Just when we're about to sleep, we saw the AC leaked half of the room floor. So we had to get up, pack, and move to another room. It was very inconvenient after a very long day outside with the bad weather and traffic.

VERY BAD :( Disappointed with the Accommodation and Service

I was not happy with my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. I raised this with the staff, but they were not helpful and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue.

Additionally, I felt that the staff lacked sensitivity and awareness in how they interacted with guests. I'm not sure if it was due to a lack of gender sensitivity training, but it made the experience feel unwelcoming.

Overall, I expected better service and comfort for the price I paid. :(

Good clean lower budget friendly hotel. No frills but comfortable.

No shower door and few roaches

Good location, accommodating staffs and comfy bed and pillows though we could do more extra pillows

Simple casual place to stay in with several places within walking distances

Spent a total of four nights at the hotel very nice especially for the price nothing fancy it was clean the desk clerks were very good walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. I would stay again and would tell my friends about the hotel

The room that we booked is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom because there’s no door in between the shower room & the toilet. That’s why after you took a shower, the floor is so soaked & wet.

We appreciate the fact that our room was upgraded to a family room, however, the bathroom experience was not pleasant at all. Shower did not have a partition from the rest of the area, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Also, the water drained slowly which made it look untidy and unsanitary. Bathroom is better in smaller rooms.

Like: Good value for money

Dislike: Water dripping AC
