Feel like haunted hotel
Pros:

Room at level 3 Corridor and room light very dim, look like haunted house, corridor every few seconds got some friction sound, door lock also damaged need to use master key to open, no maintenance, balcony plates no taken care of, before that I often stay at this hotel, but now not recommend at all, very very very bad experience

Property located on the main road, 7mins driving to Malaysia-Thailand Imigration. Stayed one night in their deluxe room, room was spacious and clean. Hassle free check in process, staff were friendly and accommodate. The only downside is hotel breakfast, limited choices and tasteless. Hotel lobby is enormous but need decorations or else it looks extra empty and functionless.

Nice Family Oriented Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is relatively new by Satit Group. The hotel lobby is big and wide, with plenty of cushioned seats available. Great first impression! The breakfast is simple yet delicious. There is a Tesco Lotus just next to the hotel, great for buy all the daily necessities. And to add that, the few big Clubs (M Club, V8, Jaguar Club) is just a 5mins walk away. Opposite the road, there are nice tasty muslim stalls and wet market. Aircon in the room is very cold and with hot rain shower head. At night, the area is quiet enough since the big clubs are further away. There are plenty of channels available on the TV (Fox Sports, Astro Sports). Wifi signal is strong inside the room (Very important for the kids!) Overall, the stay is great and the price is reasonable. Will be back again with my family.
