Simple but overall good to stay in. Metro green line just around the corner, yellow line 15-20 minutes walking. Little cafe next to reception, 7-Eleven in front of the building and 3 minutes further typical cheap Thai food vendor.

จองห้องใหญ่ ได้ห้องชั้น 7 มันดีเลิศมาก ใหญ่สมใจ หน้าต่างเยอะ สะอาดเรียบร้อย มีโต๊ะมีเก้าอี้ที่หยิบใช้ได้สะดวกง่ายดาย แต่ละห้องก็กันเสียงได้ดีระดับหนึ่ง
ส่วนตัวแล้วคิดว่าไฟน้อยไปหน่อย ไฟเรียงรายอยู่โดยรอบหมด หัวเตียงเอย ติดกำแพงเอย ติดหน้าต่างเอย แต่ส่วนของกลางห้องไม่มี สำหรับห้องใหญ่เลยคิดว่ามันไม่พอสำหรับเวลากลางคืน
ปลั๊กไฟก็ไม่ค่อยสะดวกสำหรับการใช้เท่าไหร่ มีแค่สองแห่ง ติดกำแพงซึ่งอยู่ไกลจากปลายเตียงมาก และอีกที่คือ ติดหัวเตียง จุดนี้คิดว่าคงแก้ไม่ได้แล้วเข้าใจได้ แต่คงไม่แวะอีกรอบ ที่มาพักรอบนี้เพราะเห็นว่าใกล้ Big C
สัญญาณ Wifi ก็ไม่นิ่ง ยิ่งถ้าใช้มือถืออยู่บนเตียง ก็คืออยู่ในระยะหัวเตียงเพื่อเสียบชาร์ตแบ็ต สัญญาณก็มาไม่ถึง เพราะห้องที่ได้อยู่สุดทางเดินเลย หัวเตียงยิ่งไกลจากเครื่องส่งสัญญาณไปอีก หวังว่าจุดนี้จะแก้ไขได้
ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวท่านอื่น Wifi จำกัดให้เชื่อมต่อได้ทีละ 2 เครื่องเท่านั้น หรือถ้าเข้าใจผิดก็ขออภัย แต่ที่ไปพักอยู่สามคืน มันเป็นเช่นนั้น และสำหรับคนที่ติดกาแฟ ในห้องไม่มีกาแฟให้ ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำ ถ้าอยากกินกาแฟ ต้องไปกินที่ แผนกต้อนรับ ซึ่งจะวางกาแฟไว้ให้ชงระหว่าง 06.00น.-12.00น.

ที่พักสะดวกใรการเดินทางมาก ใกล้ BTS ปู่เจ้า ลงปุ๊บเดินเข้ามาได้ไม่ไกล มีของกินเยอะ ใกล้ทางด่วน และที่จอดรถมีเยอะ ห้องก็สะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ

Pros:

New hotel. Near 7-11. Key card for elevator & room access, a plus. I really enjoy the king bed soft pillow top upgrades. Not fancy amenities, but adequate. Wi-fi is good.

I wish the name is different because there is another hotel nearby with similar name. Thai pronounce this hotel name as " แอด เอส 115 เรซิ เดนซ์ "

Gut sauber und günstig .
Pros:

Neues Hotel nur wenige Minuten von der BTS Station. Hotel hat eine Terasse mit Kaffee. Gegenüber ist auch ein 7 Eleven und mehrere Essenstände.

新築のお得なホテル
Pros:

まずホテルは新築でとても綺麗だった。
グーグルマップには載っていないが目の前にセブンイレブンがオープンしていて大変便利。
レンタカーで行きましたが駐車場に係員が24時間いて誘導してくれます。
隣が工場ですが騒音などなく快適です。

改善して欲しいなという点は、部屋にドライヤーが無いところ。
コインランドリーを利用しましたが、水圧が弱く2時間たっても洗濯が終わらなかった。

宿泊費から考えたら非常にお得なホテルです。
次回も利用するでしょう。
