Nice big room with good bathroom, staff helpful. Comfortable bed. Beautiful decoration.

The room was spacious, and we really appreciated the large bathroom. The room looks really nice. The bed was comfortable, though we did feel a little itchy lying on it. We checked for bedbugs and found none, so perhaps the room had been unused for a while. The space also felt a bit dusty. We didn’t see many guests around, but since we were only staying for one night, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the location was convenient for the wedding we were attending, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The hotel is a little far from your famous shopping centres in Jakarta.

All towel is frayed, aged and discoloured
Table it’s full of moving ants
Both tub is covered with repair mat
Bed sheet, blanket smell horrible
Breakfast looks full range but flys moving around
Try to order two Sunnyside eggs, but the frying pan was rusted
What’s more? table was stinked with Old dirts
Staff with poor English
Overall, was poor management
My original plan was to stay two nights and I cut it into one

The best hotel in Jakarta, according to me! 🥰 Every time i go to Jakarta, i always choose Goodrich Suites Hotel as my place to stay because the hotel is super comfy, clean, and has a luxurious interior. The service is top notch, especially with Abang Tores—the handsome guy who always helps me unwrap my luggage and takes me to my room. Never looked elsewhere, only Goodrich Suites Hotel has my heart and will always be my go to hotel when i trip to Jakarta. Thank you, Abang Tores—stay handsome 😉

Hands down GoodRich is the hotel with one of the best sense of hospitality dari satpam ke GM semua bisa sangat ramah dan welcoming, I feel as if Im home and not in a hotel haha. Just spent three nights at this hotel and I cannot fault it. The junior suite it was absolutely perfect in every way, very spacious with all facilities, an an excellent bathroom, and a huge double bed. The room was also very quiet at night.

Facilities at the hotel are all so good with a good rooftop bar with live music and a dining room which I only use for breakfast but sampled my first Indonesian breakfast. Thoroughly recommend it when staying in Jakarta

The staff is friendly and helpful, no issues about them.

The carpet and room had a moldy smell; towels and bedsheets also quite old. I god a rash after sleeping in the bed.

The staff acted quickly and sprayed the room and changed towels.

If the hotel address these issues would be perfect
