Hotels.com description is inaccurate. Regular Hotel and restaurant staff do not speak ANY English. Website stated premium room imcludes jetted tubs. However its a regular bathtub no jets. Hotel description page had picture of Currency exchange services and atm on site. However there is no currency exchange services or an atm on site. I cancelled my reservation and still waiting for refund.

Dålig service, har inte ens hiss. Vi fick bära alla bagage uppför trappan. Rummet var som ett bastu när vi kom in.

Great service and perfect accomodation. It was my 3rd stay at the Linyin art hotel and it is the same great experience at all time. This hotel is an absolute must if you need accommodation near Pudong Airport.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen PVG mit dem Taxi , zu bestimmten Zeiten auch mit Shuttle zu erreichen. Ca 30 min. Es liegt etwas abseits, so dass rund um das Hotel nichts unternommen werden kann. Zimmer sehr angenehm und sauber

The rooms are very well preserved

Water is available.
The beds are the right amount of firmness and sinking in.

Cell phone signal is hard to get
Surprisingly far from Disney
Shower was not powerful enough
No in-room gowns
No safety deposit box
On the ground floor, there are sometimes people walking outside the window
Surroundings are a bit lonely


Very satisfied overall.
I would be happy to get an upgrade or something when available.

Pros:

Good modern hotel, very quiet and clean room. Althought the hotel is about 12km from Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG), but the free shuttle service made a very convenice for us. The to go breakfast was not good.

Pros:

It’s located in the cluster of local residences. And the driveway to enter the hotel is narrow. It’s not as is advertised close to the airport. In fact, the airport shuttle had to get out of the residential area first in order to get on the highway toward the PVG airport.

Excellent, Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

It was very new and absolutely sparkling clean! Can not believe that we were in China, near the airport, with less than $85 value per night!

Jackson was kind and gentle guy who can speak English only in the hotel. He was very efficient.
If the hotel has the direct phone number for English speaking, that will be much nicer to call from the airport for free shuttle bus pick up.

Overall, it was fantastic stay.

This was good quiet overnight hotel expereince from Pudong airport. Great modern and very spacious room for the international traveler. Good free airport service. Highly recommended, I would stay here again if traveling through Shanghai. The Shanghai free visa for 24-144hrs transit was easy to use.
