Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous. We couldn't fault our room. It was beautiful, spacious, well laid out, and extremely clean. The location is perfect for those visiting Disney but not wishing to stay in the park hotels, it was only a short 10-15 minute walk to the park and a 20 or so minute walk to the nearest train station which was extremely convenient.

Pros:

No water for shower between 8pm to 10pm which is the most ridiculous experience we’ve had at any hotel. Staff was just trying to swipe things under the carpet and act like it’s totally normal to have water to shower for guests. They try to give us a petty fruit platter the next day which include one apple and one banana, please save it for your child’s lunch box.

We were attracted by the overall look and feel of this hotel, and of course being close to Disneyland being in the Park area. The exteriors are beautiful, with some wonderful cherry blossom trees which were in season.

Cons:

The rooms are cool but we had experienced repeated clogging issues. The water stopped working on a few occasions. The TV resolution was also rather low given it's a 5-star hotel. Some of the staff didn't seem to be properly trained as they were standing around at the reception and breakfast area.

Pros:

The proximity to the disney town and the park walking distance. However it is NOT seven minutes as they say at the hotel. It is approx 15/20 min walk to get to the park entrance at disney town. There is a red bridge that is closed so you cannot use this way which is a shorter path. You should take the longer one which takes 15/20 min. But it is a nice walk. Yo forge about waiting lines to get a shuttle to the parking lot of the disney park, you just walk and you are already there.
Another nice thing is a silly one but got my attention. The hairdryer is amazing. And the shower as well! Fantastic after a tiring day at the park.
Check out time at 12 was great.

Cons:

the sofa bed for the kids was not good. The bed was not even made for us. There is a transparent wall between the man room and the other room that is awful when kids in my case wanted to sleep with lights on. There are no places to hang towels.
The breakfast was kind of basic, and they only open at 7:00 am so if you want to be really early at the park avoid paying for breakfast.

Pros:

Petit hôtel au calme sur deux étages très agréable. La literie était très confortable. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de l’entrée du parc et de Disneytown.

Cons:

L’absence de navette ou de transport de l’hôtel vers la première station de métro rend l’accès légèrement fastidieux avec des valises.
L’hôtel possède une navette qui s’approche plus d’une voiturette de golf et elle ne fait que les 300m qui sépare l’entrée de l’hôtel du portail

Very easy and comfortable with two small children--will stay here again!
Pros:

Proximity to Disneyland was great! We could walk to the entrance in about 20-25 minutes. There is a little shuttle from the hotel to the outermost driveway of the hotel, which left with a very high frequency and picked us up within minutes of us coming back to the hotel after a long day at Disneyland. The terrace room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The price was very high to me, but still cheaper than the price of hotels within Disneyland. We wanted to be able to walk to Disneyland, so this was the cheapest we could get. The walk was long, I wish we could have had a shuttle to bring us closer to the Disneyland gate. For some reason, I couldn't get fruit delivered easily to the hotel, and I had to pay an extra fee for the delivery person to take a car to us at the hotel (something about them not being able to ride their scooter in this close to Disneyland?), so that was very expensive as well.

Good clean hotel, but if you like cold rooms, it’s not the place.
Pros:

The rooms are very clean and big, very nice actually.

Cons:

1) The rooms AC does not go below 23c. We asked the hotel and after checking they said sorry but that’s it.
2) Internet is hidden and could not get the internet to work. Engineering said it was my computer, but every hotel 2 prior to staying there in Shanghai city worked, and 1 after in Shanghai city worked no problem.
