A peaceful oasis after a busy day at Disneyland
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of Disneyland, but in the end, we were pleasantly surprised by much more than just the location.
The hotel is set on a separate, quiet territory with small townhouse-style buildings, beautiful interiors, and rooms that feel new, fresh, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, with Comfort Zone toiletries, and the breakfast room was large and beautifully designed. Breakfast included both European and Asian options.
Although not all of the staff speak English, everyone genuinely tried to help. For example, when we had trouble ordering room service by phone because of the language barrier, a staff member came to our room with a menu just a few minutes later and successfully took our order.
Imagine coming back after a big, busy, and slightly chaotic day at Disneyland to an oasis of silence, calm, and comfort. For us, that was Meliá.

Quiet oasis just 15 mins walk from Disney entrance
Pros:

Literally 20 mins walk to Disney entrance. Quiet and calm haven hotel setting

Cons:

Lack of a swimming pool and there could have been more of a cosy bar to spend the evenings

Perfect stay for those looking to be near Disneyland, but not a Disney Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic stay, very near to Disneyland park, they even had a golf cart to transport guests to the edge of the property, then walk 10 min to the entrance of Disneyland. Room was huge, clean and comfortable, breakfast spread was extensive, but not wasteful.

This hotel is a great choice if you are wanting to be close to Shanghai Disneyland without the cost of staying on Disney
Pros:

The proximity to Shanghai Disneyland was good.

Cons:

There’s no business center and there’s not a door to the restroom. So when someone showers or goes to the restroom , there is just a frosted glass. There was also some definite wear and tear to the panels in building 2.

Perfect location for Shanghai Disney
Pros:

Magnificent accomodation in connecting rooms. Set in beautiful & tranquil well kept grounds only ten minutes walk from Shanghai Disney.
Rooms were immaculately cleaned & maintained.

Cons:

All face to face communication with front desk relied upon translation app. As this is an International hotel a couple of staff could be trained to speak English.( This was the norm in Beijing)Perhaps one member per shift?
Understandably this is a family hotel( we travelled with young child) however the carpets in coridoor were very noticeably worn down & in comparison aesthetically let the beautiful rooms down.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit erstklassiger Lage
Pros:

Erstklassige Lage für einen Besuch im Disneyland Shanghai. Es sind keine 1,5km bis zum Parkeingang.
Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und modern.
Wir sind bereits morgens angereist und hatten nicht damit gerechnet direkt ein Zimmer zu erhalten. Dies war eine schöne Überraschung.
