Pros:

A very pleasant stay overall. Breakfast was good, and the room was clean and well maintained throughout. Comfortable, easy stay and one I’d be happy to recommend.

素敵なホテル
Pros:

二階建てでホテルの外観も素敵で、部屋の中も広く快適でした
上海ディズニーまでも歩いて行けたので、とても便利でした

Cons:

スタッフの人が、無愛想な人が多く、レセプションで、顔を上げることもなく頬杖を付いて、客に無関心でした
シャトルサービスがあるようでしたが、一度も使えませんでした

Decent stay if you want to rest for a few nights and be near Disneyland.
Pros:

Near to Disneyland and they provide complementary stroller for rental.

Cons:

When we there, signs of wear and tear. Worse experience was that our door was spoilt. It was a horrible experience as the door could not be fixed and we had to shift to another room.

Stunning Rooms, But the Five‑Star Experience Needs Work. Rating: ★★★☆☆
Pros:

I travel frequently for both work and leisure, and I chose this hotel for its proximity to Shanghai Disneyland. The guestrooms themselves are outstanding—spacious, beautifully designed, and genuinely luxurious. Unfortunately, the overall experience does not yet match the promise of a five‑star property.
What I loved:
Rooms: Immaculate, stylish, and very comfortable. The design quality is excellent and genuinely premium.
Sleep quality: Great bedding and perfectly quiet rooms.

Cons:

Where the experience falls short:
Temperature & comfort: During my January stay, the lobby and restaurant were extremely cold. All staff members wore long black winter parkas indoors, which looked improvised and not aligned with a five‑star standard. Breakfast was uncomfortable simply due to the temperature.
Service readiness: The hotel feels more like a luxury apartment showroom than a fully realised hospitality concept. The physical design is wonderful, but the service experience is minimal and lacks warmth.
Language & international standards: Very limited English across the property. Even simple requests required long exchanges through translation apps. For a hotel positioned as an international five‑star destination near a major global attraction, this is a significant gap.
